Reñiability

First room the baby tile was broken. Gave us another room but was not that clean. Some of the towels were stained.

Had so many drug addicts staying. This individual night. We stayed. Cops where out there. 2 seperate times. I had my niece's and nephews as well as my son. Very unsafe

Everything was pretty good with the exception of Breakfast. The Eggs and Gravy was both cold the sausage links were warm and no coffee.

Just stayed one night. Nice quiet area. Decent breakfast. Room was big, clean, and comfortable.

Room seemed clean but there was a musty odor throughout the hotel from the moment you walk in the front door. Furniture is worn but intact and bed is comfortable. Staff were nice enough but seemingly preoccupied and not particularly hospitable and guest focused.

Couldn't find my reservation even with confirmation number

This place is overpriced and the facilities are in poor condition. My bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to fall down. Overpriced too. I will not be back.

For the price a clean place. Needs some updating as fan in bathroom ceiling in room 105 was falling off with a lot of paint peeling. Was the only negative thing to say about our stay.

It was good, for the price.

Towels were very stained. Rooms were expensive. Breakfast was nice and our room was huge.

The bed was like sleeping on the floor and the pool and pool room was so cold after like 5 minutes of my children being in it we had to pull them out because there lips turned blue

They are remodeling and the new King bed rooms are essentially two rooms combined into one now. With a kitchenette and small table. wonderful layout.

There were holes in my sheets, there was a stain on my floor mat hair on my shower wall as well as mold in the shower. Breakfast wasn’t very good either biscuits were hard gravy was cold eggs were slimy and fake.

The rooms and hallway smelled musty, like the place had been shut down for months

First floor had a VERY musty smell and the carpet in the halls was very outdated and looked wet along the edges of the walls. My room was on the second floor where the musty smell was less. My room was ok. Nothing spectacular but no real complaints.

I liked the availability of a suite with three beds, since grandmother was part of thd group. The building/hallways were a bit smelly...there was an odor of food/spices.

I was traveling with a large dog and area was very open for exercise - Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in.

It was a nice stay. The front desk people were really nice. When we needed something they helped us out. Good hotel to stay at.

Beds made and room cleaned each night--in the past on multiple nights in the same room our room was not usually attended to each day. Nice breakfast options

Stayed just overnight as we were traveling through on a family trip. Staff was great and helpful. Room was clean, but whatever was used for the carpet cleaning was still drying and some other little oddities. Beds were comfortable and the 3 queen beds in the suites worked well for us. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

I had a bad feeling when we walked in the door. It smelled musty. The room was extremely damp. There was no hot water our entire stay. Everytime I called the front desk, she said it was bc too many ppl were showering at the same time. We had been in the heat all day at a baseball tournament and was very disappointed we couldnt shower. My son took a cold shower, but could the use the blow dryer in our room bc it was covered with a black sticky tar substance. Our room was so damp that his hair was still very wet when we woke up. The carpet was damp so we wore our shoes the whole time. The pool looked like an episode of River Monster's. It was so cloudy you couldnt see through it at all. Tried to get a snack from the vending machine, but that didn't work. I stayed here to save $ instead of the Hampton Inn where our entire team stayed, but I regret that now. I'm waiting for the GM to call me. I will be calling corporate for a refund.

It was stains on the sheets, the couch was stained also. Food left in the fridge. I would not be back to that hotel

Rooms smelled musty, carpets were filthy, dead bugs smashed to the walls just over all disgusting!!
