The staff were great. The room was not cleaned very well and during COVID that did not give us much peace of mind. The hotel needs some updaing, mould around 3dge of bathtub, lots of staining on carpets in main areas.

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected during covid. No facecloths in bathroom. Air conditioner was blasting and window was open when we arrived.

Room size was big and great location
Very very friendly and helpful front desk that only staff we deal with.
Only a bit noisy with the swimming pool pump running that kept my hubby awake at nite but not me.

Nice big room, very clean and presentable. Could here the people above us in the morning and the alarm clock which we did not set, went off at 6 am. Water pressure in shower was terrible in morning and the shower head would not stay at a comfortable position. Alarm clock check should be on housekeeping checklist.

What a fun stay!! Stacey (who we thought ran the place) was so friendly and had wonderful recommendations for us on restaurants and wineries. The pool was FANTASTIC! Mineral pool and set at a perfect temperature. Rooms are basic and spacious, larger mini fridge which was a bonus. Everything worked (AC, good toilet flushing, good water pressure!) BEDS ARE DELICIOUS. We had a great sleep! A couple weekends back, we stayed at a bougie hotel in Victoria and this at the HoInn bed was WAY better. We would stay again! Thanks STACEY and Co!!

Had a great stay! Loved the hot tub and pool. Beds were excellent had a great sleep. The only complaint is lack of complimentary breakfast and poor lighting!

We had a wheelchair room which was very dark in the bathroom. Lighting was poor. Other then that the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

One room beside one room across ... really noisy. Called front desk several times. People partying did not care. As you know we have booked through hotels.com several times this is the third time we have had rooms on a below grade level. Is this the ones you buy or are available too you?

Arrived late night and just wanted to get in and relax, get to our room and our bathroom was gross won’t get into details but someone had used it! They gave us another room same floor 2 doors down but then the door was messed up took all my weight to open it every time. Pool was okay and bath and body works products for guests but overall Pretty bad will never stay there again

Booked a king bed and was told at checkin it wasn't available despite prepaying for it. For price breakfast should be included. Restaraunt attached wasn't great and service was poor. Overall won't be back.

The hotel was ok. Rooms and beds were super comfy. The pool area is NOT as nice as it looks in photos. Tile around the pool is pretty dirty and dingy and can use updates.
The hotel itself is the farthest west of Kelowna you can basically get. If you want to cab anywhere from it, expect to pay minimum $40. It was close to the bigger wineries (Mission Hill, Quails Gate) but still around a $30 cab ride to there.
All in all it was alright for a first trip to Kelowna, but would likely not stay here again because of the distance.

We had a good stay and the staff was very friendly! The food and the service at the restaurant was horrible! Our orders were messed up quite a few times.

We paid extra for breakfast but they only offered fruit due to the restaurant being closed. Room was very cold upon arrival. One bath towel for 4 people.

Staff was efficient; check in and out were easy. Room did not have good chairs and lighting for reading was weak. The bed was too soft and gave my wife a pain in her back.
Restaurant food was only so-so, the breakfast was too cool; staff training is needed.
But the location was good for us, and the place was nicely quiet.

Never heard of a 200 room hotel that only has 4 fridges on dollies that are wheeled around if you are lucky to get one. Never heard of this. Not a place to stay if you need facilities like a fridge and microwave.

We got a last minute booking and have to pay $220 for this basic hotel, but the season was Friday night in the summer. I think the hotel seems to be almost full. The mug in the room was not clean then the staff was very apologetic and brought the new one.
