I suppose fair for the price but property is worn. Location was quiet.

We’ve stayed at this property many times in the past and it has gone downhill since we first stayed. We reserved a king suite a month in advance to be told upon arrival that they “oversold” king rooms & were only offered a queen bed in a small suite. My spouse is a large guy & we cannot share a queen. We were compensated by taking TWO queen rooms! My room was FREEZING and I couldn’t get the heat to work. The refrigerator made god awful noise all night long& kept me awake! There were weed smokers in the elevator & in front of the building late into the night. Free breakfast was gross with few options & lousy coffee. No half & half & terrible tasting. Overall… just plain lousy. We will never stay here again.

Spend an extra $40 to go somewhere nicer. This place is run down. I arrived with my infant daughter and the key cards were broke so no way to lock room if you have to exit. They didn’t even check my ID. Paper thin walls. A couple fighting next door woke up my daughter and I throughout the night. Uncomfortable and just awful.

There were no key cards to the rooms, the staff had to escort us to our rooms, There was no food for breakfast, and none of the staff spoke English. The sink was clogged and my overall stay was beyond terrible.

The Richardson Suite needs to be updated. Furniture old and defective. Had to sleep on the floor the first night and toilet clogged. Personnel was quick to respond which I am thankful for but still created quite the inconvenience.

The front desk employees are professional and friendly. I love them. The room was clean and comfortable. Even with a full size fridge/freezer in the room, they also have ice machines that work. The vending machines also work and were full. Laundry room was clean and spacious with 3 washers and 6 dryers (all of which are free to use- you do not need quarters) It was just a really good stay and I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was dark and dirty. Looked more like a place where people lived. The room was dark and small and the lights all flickered. Breakfast was a joke a few packaged pastries and old fruit.

We have stayed there before, about 5-6 years ago. Everything is dated. The room had bad odors (amimal pee) but we decided to go buy room spray. Our room had 2 spoons, 1 fork and 1 knife. We did ask at reception and they brought utensils to the room. Shower was broken, we did our best the first night and they did send a maintenence man the second day to fix. Was not able to get someone to refresh the room. (We were there 3 nights. Once would have been nice.) We had to ask twice at reception to get extra set of towels. Breakfast very limited and a bit disappointed.
Bed was awesome. Also person who checked in was awesome. He told us how to use and diections to Caltrain.

I stayed in room 116, the door lock was broken, rug and furniture was old and in need of replacing. The recliner was filthy had to ask for a sheet to cover it to be able to sit in it.

Our favorite place to stay when we come to frisco , it’s easy to find , close to the airport and other places for food and shopping. Overall no complaints.

After making a reservation over a month ago. I go to check in and I'm told a big party came in and took all of the rooms. No apology no assistance locating a room elsewhere. Just shrugged his shoulders oh well. Even after telling him we had 2 hours to drive home. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Too bad because the hotel is pretty cool too.

Staff not at the desk. Carpets were torn and patched sometimes. Killed 2 cockroaches. Facility had a large parking lot but had to pay for $13 for parking there. The bathroom was very clean and everything looked clean. Not sure why the cockroaches. Just a very worn facility.
