Bed was comfortable, and the tv had streaming options which was nice. Shower has no space for toiletries. There was dried soda on the wall that nobody bothered to clean, even after requesting.

This was the perfect hotel for visiting Six Flags Great America. It was quiet and comfortable the breakfast was delicious the staff was courteous and friendly. I loved the fact that the room did not have carpet. The only problem with the hotel was the elevator is waiting for a part. You could still use the elevator but it moved very slow and there was a limit to how many people could be in at a time. There was an indoor pool but we were unable to use it because we were coming back too late from the park which was no big deal but it looked very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Room wasn't completely clean (curtains heavily stained, content splashed on walls and light switches, and something smeared on the table) and lots of garage around the hotel.

No hot tub, elevator was broken, buckets of water and water dripping from the ceiling, deadbolt did not work on hotel room door and it looks like it was pried open. We cancelled rest of nights and left after first night.

I didn't even stay at the property, I asked for a disability access room, the property elevator has not been working for two weeks with no eta and to further insult they put me in a disability room on the second floor. Never again

The elevator was super slow, it was awkward to wait like 2 minutes for the elevator to arrive plus how slow it was to open the doors when you are inside. Other than that we had a great experience, the mini Dove soaps were adorable.

Everything was great, we were in town for 3 nights for my grandsons Navy graduation, and I have no complaints about the hotel. clean, affordable, staff is very nice, room was comfortable, the room temperature was perfect. the breakfast was included and very good except I wish they had brewed coffee, it was a watered down version of hot coffee, but just not a very good
beverage. otherwise everything was great
