We had reservations here and called for 2 hours before arrival and no one ever answered. Contacted EXPEDIA and they attempted to call and no one answered. Arrived and the area was unsafe - people congregating in the parking lot smoking pot and unkempt people sleeping in lobby. No one ever came to the desk. Contacted EXPEDIA re: new reservation and REFUND. EXPEDIA stated 3 days later that hotel refused refund. I doubt EXPEDIA ever reached a person. Dissapponted with EXPEDIA as they have been helpful in the past. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE.

Nothing stood out

The stay was great. There was a little confusion on my rate. However, the Manager intervened and the issue was resolved. The maid was a little tardy in dropping off additional towels, after requesting a couple times. Have to compliment the “breakfast buffet attendant” she went over and beyond in accommodating me and others daily. Overall nice stay.

I loved everything about my stay. The front desk clerk was so sweet. I will definitely be coming back.

Staff was nice. Hotel on average was clean in appearance. There was some sort of smell that wasn’t pleasant in the facility. We had to change rooms due to a backed up toilet upon our arrival. I heard another guest tell the staff that he had to cut off the water supply in his room due to the faucet being broken.

Older hotel that has kept up with some decent renovations. It's not fancy. However, it's not neglected. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent. You can make larger waffles or mini ones for the kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. Applebee's and Cracker Barrel are just across the road...easy short walk. Convenient to I-20 too.

Rooms need an upgrade. Television is way too small for the price. Breakfast was marginal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, although our room was a little unkept. There was dried blood on the floor, not sure what from. That was concerning. Our room was on the bottom floor and we could not close the blinds, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Latoya and TJ made our check in fun, quick and amazing!! They were super helpful, extremely personable and incredibly nice! I will definitely stay at this hotel everytime I travel this way! The hotel was clean and inviting, they definitely have the travelers comforts in mind!

Comfortable beds, clean, and great breakfast. I would absolutely stay here agaian.

The 2 ladies at check in were absolutely amazing and so very friendly

Very welcoming upon entering the front foyer and desk, a warm and bright welcome by LaToya at the reception desk, she made you feel like family, what a delight! The room was great, very clean, towels bright and clean, all the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful too and a very nice assortment to get your day started. Great to be across the street from Cracker Barrel restaurant after a long day of driving, a nice hot meal.

No water. Waterline was broken. No backup for bathroom usage and after driving all day was looking forward to a hot shower. Also side door entrance not working - had to carry baggage all the way to front to get to the room. Everything else was perfect. The room was clean and it smelled good.

A car alarm right outside our window started going off around 1:30 a.m. It is still going off 45 minutes later. No one answers the front desk phone. Sleep is not possible.

Didn’t like that if I didn’t call the front desk every morning, then I wouldn’t get room service. My dirty towels stayed on the bathroom floor for over 24 hours till I called the front desk! As well as a full smelly trash can! Also no tv service for over 24 hours!

Good Breakfast

Staff was awesome room was clean and quiet...

We had a room with a bathroom door with no latch to shut. You could see it broke off. We reported it, but they did not fix it. We asked about another room, but the front desk said all the rooms were like that. It was a handicapped room. We did not reserve a handicapped room. The sink was in the bedroom. There is no soundproofing between rooms or bathrooms. Prices were jacked up for a football game. It had a wonderful fish pond that we took many pictures of.

My bathroom was dirty, so I was moved to another room with yet another dirty bathroom.

Great front desk service and nice and quiet hotel. Very clean and great location.

Staff was poorly trained. Needed toilet paper for my room. Clerk stated they were out. Then got back on her cell phone. Told her, " Sir, I apologize we are out of toilet paper" would be a better response. She said no they don't pay me enough for that. The clerk was constantly on her phone. Went early the next morning, another clerk said that person simply did not want to move, plenty was in storage. I said ok, I got rolls from the rr on the 1st floor. I stayed for 3 nights, same clerk enjoyed her phone time with her friends. Well enough said, my stay was not, good.

The hotel was very nice and roomy. The staff all very friendly and we had a wonderful breakfast.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay of my life. My family of 8 arrived at 1:30 in the morning. No one was at the front desk. We waited, called the main number for the hotel and it just rang and rang on the front desk next to us. We called BW corporate, and they tried to call the hotel over and over and the phone was just ringing next to us. After about an hour, we left and went to the Red Roof Inn down the road, and shared our experience. The front desk clerk there stated that she knew the other front desk person, and after calling her personal cell several times, was able to get her to answer. We headed back to this hotel. In spite of booking 2 rooms, the now awake clerk swore we only had 1 room reserved, and charged us full price for one room (Charged twice for that room). At this point it was 3:30 in the morning. One of our rooms was fine. The other - had not been cleaned at all - the beds were unmade and there were towels all over the floor. I headed back down to the front desk and got another room - which was clean this time. My wife and kids ended up getting to bed at 4 AM because of all this. We woke up at 9 to try and get a refund on the room and eat breakfast - then my kids got yelled at by the staff for being there late - it was 9:50 and breakfast stops at 10. The manager was terribly rude to my wife - who was very understandably upset. She told me she would refund my room IF she got paid by hotels.com - Hotels.com lied and only sent a $25 credit, instead of $75

Check in was good & the front desk clerk was cheerful and very helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. No complaints!

Clean! The hot water was actually hot. Plenty of towels, and pillows. Coffee pot in room. And breakfast was fantastic. Not just grab and go, but hit eggs, and sausage. Very worth the price!

Very close to restaurants and easy to get to.

Comfy bed and pillows. Extremely dusty (Coffee maker and beds). No hot water for nighttime shower. Breakfast variety lacking (yogurt dispenser did not work and didn’t have bread or bagels despite having accompaniments for them).
