I would recommend this particular Wyndham property to anyone looking for a nice hotel stay. This is definitely one of the better Wyndham properties.

The room never was serviced during our three night stay, I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and wash cloths. Beds never was made, trash never was emptied, room was never vacuumed etc.

It was a good room. The only problem I had was that I had to remove hair from the shower drain.

Not comfortable with the surrounding

It was the cheapest option in the area and I learned the hard way why. The hallway outside the pool was soaked with water from folks coming in and out the pool. Not a very good location. My room was right infront of the pool so it was noisy, females dressed liked escorts kept coming in and out of the hotel facility. The staff was super nice and courteous. When I opened the pull out bed there were dead bugs on it. After being there just a couple of hours I got bit by something in my ankles. We were so tired from driving from Texas otherwise I would’ve driven to a place I could feel safer. Didn’t feel safe at all but thankfully nothing happened.

My room could have been cleaner and there was a stale odor like the room had not been used in a while. However, they are remodeling the place and the employees were very helpful and super nice. I’m sure once all the renovations are complete, everything will be working and in great condition.

Some customer niceties needed work - such as a failed ice machine (3rd fl.) that had been failing for some time. One of the "hot breakfast" machines wasn't working - pancake maker. But overall, it was acceptable to good quality.

Facility staff was friendly and nice.

They was working on the property and some of the quest was very loud after 11pm

The rooms was clean only problem is bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a rock. Got no sleep because of bed i have back and shoulder problems and need a soft bed. Would be nice to have a better bed. Hot breajfast was great 5 stars for that. Was updated inside was clean and pretty. Yes i would stay here again. Going back in oct will stay here again unless i found one with better bed.

I loved the safety at the hotel with police stations next door and how close to shopping and metro stations are. The service is amazing! We enjoyed our stay so much

I was not totally disappointed but I will not be staying there again. They did not have a smart tv. The pool closed at 8 pm. They only clean your room upon request. I called the front desk to ask for them to bring some face towels to our room and they informed me that I would have to come down and get them myself. The breakfast was disappointing they don’t have much at all on the menu and the only fruit they offered was apples. They have a pancake maker, but apparently it was temporarily out of service for all 6 days we were there. The breakfast cook was so nice, she is the reason that I rated the hotel so high. Her customer service is impeccable. She suggested different attractions to go to each day.

The front desk had great customer service and helped me with my request. It was quiet and a great distance from my venue I was attending.

The property has clearly been updated and is cosmetically very pleasing. Interestingly, the artwork stood out to us... Nice! While we didn't take advantage, breakfast was offered in a spacious area, and coffee (Keurig) was in the rooms. A/C worked well, which is good because it was hot outside. The only negative was in the details. The bed looked like it was made by a rebellious teenager - skirt was not adjusted to the bed and not straightened, and the sheet was pulled over the blanket (I would think it would be the other way around) so the appearance was a lumpy bed (wasn't sure if it was actually made it not). The toilet base had not been cleaned recently, and the tub was stained.

What I liked about the property was that it was located right off the interstate. What I did not like was that I left my $300.00 prescribed Isaac Mizrahi glasses behind the tv ( I did not take them to the Chris Brown concert so I wouldn't lose them.) When I returned to my room after checking out, they were no where to be found. They were not behind the tv where I left them, but my eyeglass case was. Housekeeping had taken the linen off the bed & it was all piled up in the hallway, with no staff available.I reported the incident to the front clerk & she assured me that she would address housekeeping in the morning & to call her back tomorrow & I did. She said that she was busy & would take care of it, but she never called me back. I really need my glasses to see out of them & they're quite expensive. I know they were there by the tv when I left for the concert. Thank you for your time & cooperation. Please help me!!!

Comfortable beds, clean room. Limited channels. No channel guide. Shower was really loud.
