We stayed there because it was a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately, it was also very stinky. It smelled like a kennel. The room down the hall from us was flooding. It seemed to be in an unsafe area of town. We checked in around midnight and checked out by around 6am. We didn't ever bother to use their showers. We just wanted to get out of the filthy place.

Everything was great. Only issue was the toilet was very very slow flushing

It's a Super 8--nothing fancy but it provides the basic services you need. Service at the hotel was helpful and excellent. I cite the manager on duty and the engineer who promptly replaced a room refrigerator that.was not working. There was an issue over fees for early check-in, or more specifically the four conflicting versions of the hotel's policy provided by four different sources. The original misinformation forced me to take last-minute time to rearrange my activities in Frederick.

Rooms have bedbugs. Waited almost 4 days for towels. Someone just got killed in the hotel. There’s been police raids in here. All the maids are extremely rude and disrespectful

Great bed

Took out a $50 incidental fee, told me it would go back on within 1-2 business days. Never did , I called less than a week later, they stated they never took it out. I was charged $144.78 for ONE NIGHT?? For an upgraded motel 6?!!! Whaat?? Pssshhh-

Check in was kind of a nightmare because instead of having all five rooms under my name (since I booked them together), but had to be checked in under the name that I put in for each room. It made everything so much slower having to do 5 transactions. We also watched the manager try to snatch the check in contract out of a guest's hands because he wanted a copy or to take a picture since he had signed his name. It seemed like a very reasonable request and the manager's actions made it seem like she had something to hide on that paper. Rooms were fine and pretty clean (just don't look behind the end table for electric plugs!) Beds were comfortable. The elevator got stuck a few times to people in our group and most of the vending machines just eat the money and don't actually give the item. TV is standard def, which makes everything look like you're back in the 90s. Fine for two nights, reasonable spot for the money.

Kind of okay for the price. Decent rooms but carpets are dirty and not well maintained.

Not my first stay here and and unlikely the last - recommended!

Staff was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean, neat hotel. Only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was the bed and pillows. I like someone a little softer, but thats just my personal preference.

Good place to stay at for the wine festivals

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Ice machine on all floors but main not working. The room door hard to open as bottom of door stuck on warped floor.

I came in with a small (13 lb) dog after driving for 6 hours and a worker went in the back and brought up a MASSIVE dog that he kept putting in my little dog’s (that I was holding) face. This was not appropriate and finally the person took the giant dog outside. But clearly when I’m tired, holding a bunch of bags, and traveling alone with a little dog, I didn’t need this. Next, the room smelled like rotten tomatoes. When I got to my destination the following day, my BAGS still smelled like the hotel. Third, my bathtub water DID NOT RUN and when I noticed at 11pm I didn’t want to change rooms so I didn’t even ask. At 2am, the front desk was playing very loud pop music (I was the first room on first floor) and my dog kept barking because of the sounds. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

One coffee cup in room, for two of us. Sink drain very slow. Door was hard to open, appeared to be warped. Not complaining as we have had worse. Will go back and give it another try. .

There was an obvious cigarette smell in the room as we walked in. We noticed white powder marking the perimeter of the rooms and quickly noticed why: cockroaches. Linens smelled clean at least. Another negative is there are no side doors to use key upon entering, they're locked. Limited parking close to the only entrance.... wouldn't go back, not for 70 bucks a night, maybe 20 bucks a night. "Complimentary breakfast" was toast/bagels or cereal.

What a very pleasant surprise. This property was extremely CLEAN. From the moment you walk in the front door, then into the room. I had to leave at 5:30am for work, and they were cleaning the lobby. The staff at this hotel take pride in their property and it shows.
