It was quiet

We have stayed here many times. Always friendly staff and location is veru convenient. It does not have any fancy things, but for the cost it is always are forst choice and never disappointed. Always a nice and quiet stay.

Our floor was really gross (hard wood) swept but needed a deep clean... room was very humid and sticky so it was actually hard to get ready (but it was a steady 74 degrees) TV was broken (screen display glitched a bunch of grey lines in and out) & there was only 4 channels. Head boards were falling apart. beds WERE comfy, not a noisy place, Pool was amazing! Pet friendly.

The facility in our room was wonderful and the staff is great however the heater in the hot tub wasn't working. Please note the breakfast food was wonderful especially the biscuit and gravy and the grilled cheese sandwich with extra butter

Overall stay was horrible. The room was not clean, found dead bugs in the drawers dead bugs behind the picture started looking after I saw bugs crawling on the table the nightstand door I found a straw with some white residue on the bottom of it. I can only imagine what that was as well as I want to make a cup of Tea Black stuff was floating in the water so I took the coffee pot apart and cleaned it. Lots of black bugs were floating yes, it was a smoking room however I don’t feel that the linen on the bed should’ve been full full of burnt holes cigarette burns or everywhere on the bathroom sink bathroom tub as well as the bathroom sink was cracked so upon leaving the room, we decided to check for bad bugs with the iron and lo and behold. There were bedbugs so yes, this was the worst that I have ever had at this hotel. I am very dissatisfied. in the past, I have always thought high of this hotel. This is the hotel. I would always recommend and my go to because they accept my pets but not anymore as well as I will not be recommending this to any buddy.

The room was decent, the bed was comfortable..all rooms face outside so it was rather noisy with people talking, kids crying outside at 9:30, finally quiet near 11 pm. I had to request that the floor be swept and washed on day one

Overall a great stay..

It was a terrible stay this time my family and I have been staying at this facility for the last 12 yrs the front desk lady was terrible no personality this was not a good stay will be looking at other hotels in the area next time for our family vacations we were put in the back side of building there was people parked in there cars all night with lights on I had children with me and was terrified of this with them just hanging out in parking lot no one seemed to care wouldn’t ask the lady at the front desk for nothing for her being so rude to us . There is a new hotel down the street we checked out was beautiful and safe looking and front desk was very polite . This Quality hotel must let the homeless live there or something but it was a nightmare vacation ruined .

Bed was hard, shower water was yellow tint, the door to the room you could see light coming through

I didn't like the man sitting out side my door smoking. You could smell the smoke. Rm 179.

Courtyard and pool area

We had a great stay and will be back. Very clean, friendly and relaxing place to stay

We arrived late due to car trouble and the man at the front desk was wonderful and so friendly. Morning check out was equally great.

Housekeeping a nd front desk very polite and accommodating.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the hotel was very clean! Would definitely recommend!

I stay here 21 years ago on my honeymoon back then they had a bridal suite The hotel looked about the same as it did back then. They turned it more family oriented. They Have a bar but they close it down at 9 o’clock with the pool 21 years ago it was a happening party spot. It has a hot tub, which is excellent nice and big. I will stay here again when I come to town.

Too much light at night as the curtains are no big enough to cover the whole window.

Better than most in the area

Beds were hard. Floor in room was dirty. Debris chunks all over. Everything else seemed ok. Hot tub was nice. Pool was a comfortable temperature.

This was a good value! I felt safe and property had plenty of amenities. Lots of staff too. The area is really busy and there's something for everyone nearby.

The pool an staff are great

It was ok. Affordable, easy check in, check out and parking. Nice area, close to places to eat, gas stations, stores, pharmacies, etc. Nice place overall.
