Weekend stay. In room hot tub jets didn’t work. Only got the room for the hot tub.

Road noise from highway was kinda loud.
The door handle was unreliable, had to turn it upwards to open it.

It was an all around great stay the staff was super nice and went above and beyond for me. I’ll definitely recommend for friend trips

Do not stay here if your value cleanliness. The carpets are beyond dirty. The light switches and surfaces streaked with some sort of red sauce or something. Everything was damp and sticky. Grosses stay ever. Thank god the beds weren’t too bad even with the weird mini pillows.

The room was horrible the air conditioning didn’t work really, the table leg was broken stains on the carpet the hot tub was dirty and had thing floating in it, the room headboard had I don’t what you call it

I have a few simple needs as I travel for business : a refrigerator ( this one had a working freezer which was a huge benefit), a microwave, a comfy bed and pillows, the ability to use my fire stick , and a sleep timer in the remote . This hotel had it all including a good breakfast selection. I would recommend. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean

I enjoyed my stay except I was charged more than the advertised price on Expedia and I wasn't offered a receipt or explanation. The room was clean and most of the staff was extremely helpful.

Room placement was not ideal, very far walk to parking and lobby, but it was quiet and had what we needed. Microwave didn’t work.

Dislike: strong in-room carpet disinfectant smell, marijuana smoke smells from neighboring room, room card keys needed reprogramming often and the multiple tobacco burns in the topper of one of our beds.
Like: location to our event. Working Microwave & refrigerator. Elevators work. The pool was open and available. Workerd were friendly.

No, just no. Reeked of marijuana. Bed was cleaned but had stains. Curtains were stained with what looked like blood. Beds were uncomfortable. Window had been broken and taped. Didn't seem to be the safest area.
Breakfast was decent. Tv was newer in room.

Average condition. Not bad but nothing special. I thing it is over prices! I stayed in Toronto, Canada, immediately after it with the same cost but way better property and bigger and it was in the downtown.

I stayed one night for a business trip. I paid a fantastic rate and was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was neat clean and quiet. The breakfast area was superb. I would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is that there is no room darkener for sleeping. Only window covering was a sheer curtain which made it light in room at sun-up. This was due to heater/AC under the window that a curtain would have covered.

VERY VERY filthy place. Moldy, Smelly, Poor condition hotel over all starting from the tiered elevator carpet all the way to the rooms. No words to describe how bad it is.

I have arrived at 11pm to the hotel, the reception informed me they didn’t have the rooms I requested and they willing to give me something else, I checked the rooms to find out the mattress is stained and the rooms smelled so bad , I was stranded to find onther hotel. So bad experience .

The 1st room I checked in the door was cracked open, the second room they moved me to was really dirty. Beds wasn’t made, toilet was dirty, towels on the floor, I get back to the lobby kids throwing ice cubs from the top floor. It was soo much going on. I hate it!
