Was nice to return after a busy day in the field to a nice comfy bed, hot shower and a television bigger than a postage stamp
The attached restaurant was ideally located for that early morning breakfast and a quick chat with colleagues.

Found an additional charge of $100 to my credit card after with no explaination. Tried calling and leaving a message with no response.

The room was beautifully renovated, everything was clean and new. Well taken care of room. Super quiet for a Friday night sleeping. My only complaint was the fixture for the bathtub, controlling the hot water and water pressure was next to impossible to have a good shower. Hardware was more complicated than it needed to be. Water pressure was almost 0 in the shower, not sure if this was due to the renovation, or if there was a glitch with the new showerhead.
Hotel pool was great and refreshing, clean, inviting environment. Enjoyed both the pool and hot tub.

When we checked in they told us pool hours.
on second day we went to the pool--it was locked so my husband went to the desk and they informed him it was closed. He said there was no sign they replied it was inside the door.! Also we were there 4 days are in renos but they should have at least checked the room!

Air conditioning remote did not work. Shower was broken. Fridge Froze all items. Coffee maker broken. Found garbage behind table when trying to fix coffee maker.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Downfall was they were renovating at the time but we would definitely stay there again.

The ice machine on the second floor didn't dispense any ice and it was the only one.

Unfortunately, they were in the midst of renovations, so it was a bit chaotic. Stayed two days, and no house-keeping. Was not informed that I had to request it, so after returning from a hot summer day of activities I was shocked to return to a dirty room with no towels.

Check in was efficient and pleasant. No real signage indicating renovations. Floor in bathroom cracked. Taps stained and toilet floor uncleaned. Bed was comfortable. A/C extremely loud . Can hear people talking and playing from the pool below. Service staff very friendly and professional.

It is always my half way stop when I am headed to Dawson Creek. Its convenient, has a restaurant and others near by, staff are friendly, clean rooms. Don't like the pillows on the bed, too soft.

The hotel is undergoing an upgrade but was still quiet. Our air conditioner had a hard time keeping up but the front desk staff made a note of it. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nicely upgraded and clean.

I liked the renovations that you mad to the rooms. I did not like the pillows and the air conditioner was very loud.

My only compliant is that the coffee in the room is flavoured. The only coffee available is chocolate spiced.

I stayed 1 night in August 2024. I arrived early and they were able to provide me with my room. The room was clean and quiet. There is a Denny’s restaurant attached to the hotel which I found very convenient. I had an issue with the remote for the tv, I couldn’t figure out how to increase the volume, the woman at the front dest promptly came to my room and showed me. All things considered, I would recommend this hotel.

Property is undergoing a large renovation at time of my review, but don't let that deter you from staying.
The new rooms are great, design update is modern and the beds are awesome.
I'm impressed how they are able to take on such an update and also maintain a clean,quiet and fully functional facility.
The staff are all amazing, from support staff right up to Mark the general manager.
It will be my first choice of hotel any time I'm in the area.

Went to a memorial and all other friends and family paid $116-122 a night I reserved through Expedia and paid at arrival. was told nothing they could do about the price I was quoted and had to pay. $233 a night......Joke

Good stay - rooms are under renovation. AC was really noisy -made it harder to sleep. Fair proce, good location, would stay again but bring ear plugs.
