My experience at this hotel left a lot to be desired. First, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Worse, there were metal L brackets running down the sides of the box spring, which were extremely dangerous—especially for families with young kids.
After checkout, I noticed a $50 charge on my account. When I called to inquire, I was told it was a standard hold for damages, which is fine in principle, but I wasn’t informed of this at check-in. When I mentioned that, the staff member responded that they “encourage” front desks to notify guests, but it’s also written somewhere at the desk. I explained that most guests don’t read fine print of signs in lobby at check-in, expecting staff to provide key information verbally. Her response? “I suggest you start reading.”
The tone and rudeness were completely uncalled for. What could have been a simple explanation turned into an unpleasant exchange that left a bad impression. I won’t be returning.

Average stay. Just ok on everything. Breakfast was just ok. Room was just ok. The floor looked like it needed cleaned right when you walk into the room and the bathroom floor. The beds were just ok. I booked queen beds but they felt like doubles. The best thing was the shower pressure was good. And the pillows were soft. I dont know why when you ask for a late check out they cant just accommodate it!! Its all about customer service! I would stay somewhere who offers late check out with no problems over another place who doesn't!!

They held 50 due to dept card!, that I booked through you and it took quite a while to got that back. It was a very clean and quiet hotel, the staff at the check in was very rude to the guest in front of us, and was very unfriendly and seemed to be having issue with the computer system at that time.

Conveniently located, right off Interstate. There’s plenty of eating establishments close by even within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It has a free breakfast with a basic but decent selection. The breakfast staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would stay there again.

4 day stay dropping off my son to go to NASCAR Tech. Area is very congested. 150 is terrible. I'm guessing the growth of the area is the reason, but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Property itself was ok. not bad not great.

When we originally checked in, the room wasn’t cleaned. There was hair on the pillows and stains on the comforter and sheets. The rolling chair hadn’t been wiped down either and had dust and fuzzy stuff in the crease. Also had grease and fingerprints on it. The couch was stained as well. Angela was so nice and allowed us to switch rooms, but even that one had a broken unit in the room where the front had fallen off. When we tried to turn the AC down, it smelled like something was burning. The floors weren’t mopped either, so I definitely kept my shoes on while walking around. After a thorough check of the bed, it was a lot better than the last. Both chairs were still dirty, but we were only staying for a night, so just needed some place to sleep. Breakfast was typical and not much to brag about either. Definitely wouldn’t come back to stay, but personnel was great!

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed comfy. TV larger than most hotel rooms. Great location. Restaurants within walking distance. Only issues were the AC in the room wasn't cooling at all. Temp said 60 but was probably over 75. High and low setting were the same, no difference. Also the telephone didn't work. *Unexpected Extra Holding charges to the card used. Guests need to be aware so they can have extra $$ available for their trip.

This hotel was quiet even though it was very close to interstate 77. Our room and the lobby was clean. The sraff was welcoming and nice. The free breakfast was waffles and cereal. There were several fast food restaurants close by and a Cracker Barrel and Goldrn Corral was within walking distance. Easy to get to from the interstate.
