This was our first stay at an Extended Stay. The gentleman at the service desk on check in and check out was very friendly and kind. He gave us information on wifi, breakfast, room location, etc. The room was clean and efficient. We were only here overnight so we didn't use the kitchenette. The mattress is firm so my husband slept great, and me, not so much. I did notice several different people in the parking lot at different areas. I presume that it was due to their not being smoking allowed in the rooms. That practice likely played a part in the hotel smelling nice upon entry. The only negative comment that I have was the the soda machine was out of order. That may not be the hotel's machine, I'm not sure.

Loved guest services, they were awesome with helping get my room when tgey were sold out.. Big, big shout out to the manager for coming to aid and assist. I would definitely come back!!!

Staff was nice but they had to cooking tools and smelled.

When we arrived we were told the manager canceled our reservation and they were completely booked. I made the reservation two months before the stay. When a hotel overbooks they should offer some form of compensation such as finding an alternate hotel and paying for the first night. Nothing was offered. We had to scramble and found the last room at a nearby hotel for $10 more a night! I feel like this hotel owes us something for the terrible experience.

The bathtub was running water constantly and the refrigerator was making noises all night. Between these things and the air conditioner that sounded like 2 cats fighting every time it started and the horrible, squishy, lumpy mattress, it was next to impossible to get any sleep. When anyone walks in the room above you, you can hear every move. And the whole building often smells like weed. Not impressed with this location in the least.

Great place for the dollar

There were two cockroaches on the kitchenette counter when I woke up.

Friendly check in. Hotel and room were clean and as expected. Our non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke but wasn't unbearable. Just don't get why guests can't just go outside to smoke. We would stay here again.

The room was clean, adequate sized. There was NO dishes, spoons or even a single glass (real or paper) in the room. You have to pre-order any cup or glass or plate or spoon to be delivered at your room. Just not a good feeling (do they think I will steal them??). The "breakfast" was worthless. an envelope of oatmeal then either a granola bar or a muffin. Take "free breakfast" off the add - I get better in a train station.

My Room smells like waste went to the front desk to see if everything was okay because the smell was very strong he gave me some disinfect spray but it didn't remove the smell also stayed 3 nights and I had to remove my own trash and take my linens to the front desk and turn them in before they would replace them and I didn't receive them until the next day and I had to go back-up to the front desk to get the replacement and they were not very clean the hotel next door was just a few dollars more and is very upscale I was planning on just moving over to that hotel but I was already settled and booked three more nights your other hotels had a cheaper price next time I'll know!

There is a lot of compassion in the staff

The room was dirty. I found a pill on the ground. The bathroom was dripping rust. It was repulsive.

The staff is very compassionate.

Check in and check out felt that we were an inconvenience to staff, also someone knocking floor below us at3AM multiple time

Not a fan.

This property said they offer breakfast. They did I suppose.. muffins that we had to wait for both mornings, and we did see oatmeal packs the second day. Our bathroom had old soap pieces and other people's hair. Under our bed was a water bottle, someone else's sock and a cat toy. The wall in kitchen covered in grossness. Can't tell if it is greese or food. Every time we went out to the hall, the weed smell could knock you down. This is a non smoking hotel by the way

First it said breakfast included. The only breakfast items where wrapped small muffins next to the terrible coffee pot. There was obvious Marijuana smell in the elevator

The bathroom was dirty hairs on the sink and bathroom shower was stained. But everything else was clean.

My overall stay was great... The staff was great and very nice... The only thing I would suggest is for the hotel is to check it's stove tops more often... Only one worked my room, which slowed me down cooking one thing at a time, but I made it work...

Room was not very nice, bed uncomfortable, floor very sticky, mirror not cleaned in bath. No dishes (had to get from front desk, if desired). Continental breakfast was a joke, no coffee maker in room. Guys drinking out in parking lot. Strong smell of smoke in room and pot in hallway. Not a single USB port, towels were disgusting, very minimal pillows and blankets on bed, need I go on. Just basically felt unsafe and unclean. Would NEVER stay here again.

Rooms not good. Bed uncomfortable, group of guys out in parking lot drinking. Just didn't feel safe.

The gentleman at the front desk was nice and tried his best but the hotel is out of room keys so when i checked in he had to unlock the room for us and we have no key for our stay. Guess we're in the room till checkout

I was told when I checked in that the water would be turned of from 8:00am the following morning and would not be turned on until 5:00pm. Luckily we where gone all day so we where not affected. My room was not very clean. There was makeup smeared on the floor in the bathroom and in the bedroom area. The stove was so old I was afraid to turn it on. The 3rd night I stayed the CO2 detector started beeping about 10:30 PM. There was no chair in the room so I could not reach it to reset it. I went to the front desk and the night desk clerk dug around and found a battery and gave me an end table to stand on. I could not get the cover off and he did not have a screw driver. I was able to reset it and it was quiet until about 4:30 the next morning. When we left the hotel that morning we asked the front desk staff to make sure it was fixed before we returned that evening. It was not fixed. We returned at about 8:30 that evening and as soon as we walked in it was beeping. I immediately went to the front desk and the clerk saw that it had been written on the log but had not been taken care of. He could not find the battery that I had left with the night clerk. He came to the room and took the battery out of it and left it hanging open. The following morning we where greeted to a lobby full of police officers. The staff was very nice but that is not enough for me to recommend staying there again.

Had bedbug’s I informed them they said sorry bout that had take my stuff back To My truck final for them switch my room but was a hassle bcse my grandkids where sleeping didn’t give any for my inconvenience

Excellent staff help during a very busy time for the hotel given event. Hotel was clean.

Front desk Lady was very sweet. But we paid for early check in and then was told our room wouldn’t be ready for early check in. There was candy wrappers in our room.

Everything at the property was good. Nice area, has a mall nearby and many restaurants. If I had a downside, it would be that there was a long line for check in with only one person working it. The room keys were all laid out and ready, still and all was fine. The breakfast is a armoire with hot water and coffee, bagged muffins and instant oatmeal. I would say if you are coming for a big game like Michigan vs Iowa, prepay the room when reserving it. They run an audit between 12:30 and 1 am. If you aren’t paid up and checked in, your reservation is cancelled. If you chose to pay at property, you must check in before game.
