We enjoyed our stay, but only because we made it. The Hotel needs updates, rugs stink, shower doors not very clean, I think we left it cleaner than we found it.

We did not end up staying due to the condition of the place. It seemed to be poorly maintained and not clean. There was a weird smell in the room as well. We did not feel comfortable staying so we left.

The entire facility does not look like the pictures. I took a shower and decided to leave after seeing the conditions of the towels, bed sheets, pillow cases, comforter and even the shower curtains. The towels were so old and stained. The pillow cases were literally yellow. Bed sheets had weird stains on both beds. Comforter had blood stains. TV was unplugged and when I went to plug in the TV, there were huge dust balls with hair etc around the power bar. Absolutely disgusting! It was so bad I left after an hour and took the loss of money on the chin. Will never ever return.

Got woken up at 11 pm with water pouring from the bathroom fan…went to the front desk and they asked if I wanted another room..uhh yes..got the other room it was chilly so I turned on the heater. The most foul smell a mouse nest was burning…wanted a refund because I couldn’t sleep here and the manager hid on me..wouldn’t speak with me and told the front desk girl to offer me 10% off…completely unacceptable. Do not stay here it’s unclean and disgusting.

Looks old in the outside but the rooms are quite nice and clean. Bathrooms are newly renovated as well which was nice. Easy access to parking lot. Great location, everything was close and convenient.

The room itself was a good size. The bed was in good shape but the poor couch has definitely seen better days. I liked that the floor in the room was laminate flooring and not carpet. The carpet in the hallways was well worn. The breakfast was not what I would call a breakfast, very minimal! Good coffee though.

The hotel is very old and gross - not much staff around - room had a bad smell to it (we had two rooms and both were the same) - we would not stay here again

Breakfast was ridiculous. They call it grab and go. No where to sit. Terrible. Room was dirty, white towels stained terrible. Bed spreads disgusting.

Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful, thoughtfully told us the most convenient place to park for our room location, even though we didn't ask.
TV wasn't working (defective cable), staff member came immediately, but didn't have another cable to switch out. Phone was not working either, when we tried to call the front desk about the key.
Continental breakfast was convenient, well stocked and just what we were looking for, easy to grab and go.
Hall carpets could use a refresh, but the room was clean and well appointed for our needs. At the end of a long day of moving, we had a great sleep!

Towels were dingy and beds had no blankets, just a sheet and bedspread. Room felt dirty and the floors didn’t seem to be vacuumed. Not as advertised in the pictures. If I could get a refund on my stay, I would.

The hotel room we were first given had a funny smell and the fire alarm needed new batteries as well as the lights were not working….we were switched to another room with no help.

The property is very outdated. The ac didnt work. We had to leave a night before we planned on leaving because the ac didnt work and it was very uncomfortable in the room so i paid for a night that i didnt stay. I would never recommend this property to anyone thats travelling to that area.
