When I made the reservation for 2 rooms I hoped they would be near each other. I requested an accessible room for my parents. Not only was their room not accessible, but our pair of rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel. I chose to get a king suite with hide a bed for our daughter and had to request a rollaway which was delivered to the wrong room and we had to go request pillows from the front desk for it. Only sugar-free syrup for waffles, the toaster had one side that was broken, and there was hot water but no tea available.

Other than a squeaky hinge on the bathroom door ( But what do you do to deal with the constant humidity?) the room was excellent. Having the temperature of the room proper and the fridge cold has become rare.

This is a great place to stay and had a wonderful staff.

This was a thoroughly disappointing hotel. I’m used to this chain being reliable but I will rethink that the next time I book. The rooms (at least the one we were in) is in serious need of updating. It was prob great 15 years ago. When I walked in, there was a scent of musty urine and multiple stains on the carpet. I didn’t even want to remove my shoes. The walls were scuffed and dirty with peeling in various places. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Worked great for going to dinner theatre

The room was good. It was quiet even though there were many happy children around. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The eggs were rubbery and items were not always stocked. They ran out of coffee, milk, creamer, and cereal. They had more available but we had to continually ask for the items.

I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was large and clean.

Convenient to Chanhassen Theatre

Won’t be back. This hotel was close to The Chanhassen Dinner theatre. Very dirty carpet in room- Big red stain at foot of bed. Rest of carpets dirty. Sofa had stains on arms and soiled.? I wouldn’t sit on it or lay my clothes on it. Bed was clean and comfortable Hall carpets very dirty. Breakfast was same as all the others. Nice back patio to enjoy some sun. Too dirty for me.

Front desk was extremely rude never made eye contact never said hello or welcome. Front desk never put her phone down did everything one handed and never got out of chair. Instead of telling us about the hotel she told us everything about the hotel is on a piece of paper she handed us with keys to room. Bathroom had a lot of mold growing on the drop ceiling in the shower

Loved the suite style extra large room with 2 tvs and a sleeper sofa beside the King bed!

Carpet in our rooms really need a cleaning. Otherwise great!

A little older property but clean and just fine.

The good: bedding, breakfast and staff. The bad: smell and cleanliness of the rooms The ugly: a staff member burned something in the microwave and the fire alarm kept going off. Although understandable, they couldn’t get it under control.

No lounge or ice machine on floor.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great! The staff was friendly. The room and bathroom are in need of updating. Stains on the sofa cushions. An unfortunate microwave incident in one of the other rooms one morning resulted in fire alarms going off in all the rooms and in the main areas. This happens, but it wasn’t turned off for an hour.

The hotel was nice enough. But the fire alarm went off very early on Saturday morning and continued to sound for over an hour. On Sunday morning, there was no hot water for a shower.

Short walk to Chanhassen dinner theater. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Hot tub was not very hot bust still wonderful. Bar was advertised but closed. Would definitely stay again.

Just walk across the parking lot to go to Chanhassen dinner theater. Friendly front desk. Rooms good. Breakfast okay, fried eggs a little rubbery, no flavor.

Everything was great except for the bed/pillows - very uncomfortable and pillows were extremely flat and small for a king size bed.

Wonderful stay again! We were in town for softball nationals and stayed for the 2nd year in a row. Amazing staff, great service and very good breakfast. We will definitely be back!!

The hotel itself is in a somewhat good condition. But the room that was assigned to me has a little problem. The bath wasnt flowing as it should and while having a bath, the water stays and after a while it leaves water stain from the previous shower you had. It was not pleasant. I met the housekeepers twice on the hallway. They were coming out from cleaning other rooms but they never went into my room. I told the second one I met that my room hasn't been cleaned and she asked to go see it. I allowed her in and showed her the bath tub and the trash that was gradually building up. She wanted to do it that night and I said to come back the next day because I was tired and needed to rest. I had to ask for her to replace the bath soap which was like a small piece that would only last you one shower. However, they didnt show up the next day. As I was stepping out, I met the front desk personnel and made a request for my room to be cleaned or atleast for the trash to be taken out but nothing was done until I checked out. On my way to to checkout, one of the housekeepers now asked to know what room I was in so they can go clean it. What a joke! And don't get me started with their breakfast. Sorry looking scrambled eggs and very soggy bacon. No breakfast sausage or anything different. Anyway, I overheard one of the staff telling the guest that the hotel will be sold by the end of the year. Maybe that was why their service was so poor.

Feel like even with limited housekeeping we should have had the garbage picked up and the towels at least exchanged

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Carpets need replacing and maybe some interior painting. Overall it was good
