I travel to Renton several times a year. This hotel is well below standard for this area. Had an additional $18 charge for the basics, breakfast, parking etc. parking fees in the suburb area are unusual. Did not have breakfast available - Gave a $7 discount - can’t even get coffee and a donut for that these days.
Pool out of order, which was one of the selection requirements.
So much better choices in the same block.

Room was immaculate from the bathroom to the bed down to the inside of the microwave. Coffee pot was cleaned out and sheets were as bright and white as could be. Check in was a breeze, even after I messed up the dates on my reservation. They quickly changed it for me at no extra cost and were super friendly about our late check in. Pool was great. Clean. Breakfast was stocked and restocked until everyone was done. Room was so spacious and super comfy. Not to mention pet friendly. SUPER AFFORDABLE. Definitely get much more than you would expect for the price. 10/10. Absolutely would recommend And 100% our new go to when visiting.

Two night stay to see leavenworth and some larches. The hotel is renovating their space right now . But my room was clean and quiet . I was gone all day so the renovations didn’t bother me. Breakfast is a bonus.

They were under construction which was fine but they didn’t empty garbages.
Hot tub was gross and full of people’s dead feet skin which stuck to your legs when you got out. Very dirty and gross.
The front desk night shift people sit in their cars instead of at the front desk. They were yelling at people from their car. No work clothes, no saying they were a worker.
We are on a business work trip and it was a disaster. My husband needs internet to work and it kept going in and out constantly. When front desk was told internet was too unstable to work they just said it’s fine and working. Had to go to Starbucks for internet.
I would strongly suggest staying anywhere but here.

This hotel was undergoing some remodeling, so the halls showed the ongoing construction. Our room was located on the sub 1st floor level, and there was no elevator for our heavy ice chest - we knew this before reserving, just had to deal with it! Our room was also situated by the laundry room and the ice machine - no fault of the hotels, but there was one very noisy family utilizing the laundry room/ice and vending machines, and I am assuming that they were staying right above us as the noise went on until 12:30 am. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had been updated nicely. Good complimentary breakfast served.

It was a very clean hotel, our room was spacious and the beds were super comfy!! our a/c worked wonderful. our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub! we had a nice breakfast each morning with some different options both mornings. Great price! they were doing a little bit of remodeling which appeared to be touch up some. I would recommend staying here! we will stay again next time we are in the area!! All staff was nice and friendly and had smiles!!

This hotel was great for the lower price and the service was excellent. Breakfast was pretty decent (waffles are a must for my kids!) and we appreciated the extra hour on the weekend to make it down there to eat.
My teenager was disappointed by the shallow pool but my younger two were happy with it, and the spa was small but nice.
We were happy with the room and bathroom, and the lack of elevator was not an issue for us personally, the “2nd” floor is actually ground level so you only have one floor up or down whether you’re on the 1st or 3rd floor.

The staff members were particularly helpful and welcoming. Robust breakfast offerings. The walls and floors were a bit thin. The location was ideal for our visit. We enjoyed our stay and would return to the Wenatchee Inn.

It was live construction zone and there was no warning. Power tools, buckets of plaster garbage all in the hall outside door. The breakfast made us all sick and it was not air conditioned in the breakfast room.

Arrived to a construction site. Construction dust and debris strewn throughout hallway and left unattended with no regard for guest safety. No running water (due to construction). The following morning there was cold running water, but no hot water. Phones in room didn’t it work so went to front desk to check out immediately. Of course, no manager was available. Switched to another hotel (at additional expense) and addressed the billing with my credit card issuer.

The staff refused to allow my family and I to check in. I begged them give us a room as I’d already paid, it was 11pm and we were 3 hours from home. They still refused to allow us to check in. All because I was on the phone with my mother in law waiting in the lobby cuz the hotels systems were down and I was telling my mother in law about this creepy hallway that was under construction and the front desk lady said “if you think it’s creepy here, why stay here?” Then she said “in fact, I’m not going to let you stay here! You need to leave!”I even asked for her manager, she was gone for a minute, she came
Back with the owner who didn’t even hear me out and told me no that I needed to leave now. They even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave because I continued to beg for the room that I already paid for. They then said they cancelled my reservation so I no longer had a paid room. I’m still waiting to be reimbursed.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is renovating their facilities, but the rooms and common areas are clean. Our room was newly remodeled, clean, tastefully decorated, and quiet. The yard surrounding the hotel is set up for pets. The staff was friendly and professional. We will stay here the next time we visit Wenatchee!

There is a Wendy’s in walking distance and plenty of parking at the hotel. The pool and hot tub is beautiful and indoors, open 24 hrs.
The bed was comfortable and had good linens and pillows. Room was comfortable and clean. Not downside was that there was not sheer curtain option for allowing privacy and a little natural light into the room. We had to keep drapes closed or allow for every passerby to look into the room.
The hotel was going through a renovation, so no A/C in the lobby, hallways or breakfast area. It was a little loud in the hallway with kids running around.
The breakfast included eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, yogurt, toast and breads.
Overall a good experience and would recommend.
