Requested a late checkout but was rousted out by housekeeping when they weren't even ready to start with the room

I loved that’s the pool was open 24 hours and I loved that they allowed us to check in early

Our rooms weren’t that clean

Comfortable beds, very good breakfast, and loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

The room was pretty clean. The maid staff was very friendly.

When checking in no information was given about breakfast, our card key had a really hard time working and even after getting another one it still did not work on the outside doors so we had to go through the lobby each time, our door did not latch and lock even after trying to slam it we came back to find the door open, and the hot tub and pool caused itchiness and rashes on multiple people.

The lady that checked me in on Friday afternoon was awesome. On Saturday we had an event to go to. We asked the front desk for maid service for room 312, because we were going to be there another night. The garbage needed taken out and we needed towels. They assured us that maid service would be done. We got back from the event at 430 and maid service was not done. We had no towels and a full garbage. My friend went to talk to the front desk. The worker was rude and argued with her, especially about the towels. I wont mention how uncomfortable the beds were I usually have good experiences with Wyndham hotels, but this one was disappointing

Attitudes, service and bed

There was friendly staff and there was a nice pool and hot tub that we enjoyed.

There was no elevator , and my card key didn’t work multiple times and I had to go back downstairs to fix the issue.

The staff was exceptional and friendly, and the room was very clean!

There were three of us in the room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Strangely, there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed, and we had to call the front desk to bring them up (this was promptly done). Additionally, the sofa bed was not very comfortable, and my back and neck hurt the next day.
