The only reason I can give a star at all is because of Sandra (I hope I got her name correct) she was the saving grace that made my check out at least positive. If it were not for her I would find out a way to give negative stars. There was some initial confusion at check in which was understandable with the frustration of technology…but, I was treated like a bum off the street and eventually threatened to be kicked out and have police called. The situation of me being frustrated escalated to the point of irrational unprofessional and out right incompetence. My professional organization will no longer be using this hotel for anything ever again in the future. Do not stay here. The staff will ruin your trip.

This hotel is our go to place to stay when visiting Fishers. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Please get your elevators working properly. We were on the 3rd floor at the end that had an elevator that was not in service, again. The main elevator sounded like it was going to fall to the 1st floor when we took it to the 3rd floor.

Be aware that this hotel has a surcharge of $5/nt for self parking. It is listed in the details of the property, but I missed that bit of information. I was not expecting a charge for parking. Never have had to pay for parking at IHG hotels in the past. Most of the channels on the TV were not working. We did not receive refills of K-cups in the room one night. The breakfast was very good. Not a terrible experience, just was surprised about the charge for parking and would have liked to have had morning coffee in the room.

We had an event in the area for that it was convenient. It was the first time ai was in a hotel that doesnt provide drinking water unless you are a member. And with the heat that was not great.

To start off they had no record of my reservation and it took a while to sort that issue out. From there we was assigned room 310 to only have my wife, daughter and her teenage friend head to the room before and walk into another guest already in there. Talk about my wife being startled and concerned for her safety, this did it! The whole mood was shifted from this moment on. Maybe the front desk staff needs more training!

It was just ok. Took the elevators once and would not use the rest of our stay, one was not working. Our room was clean. The bathroom door was hard to close. Friends that stayed in another room said their floors were disgusting. Breakfast was good and fresh. Lobby was clean.

Lobby and dining area was updated and clean, although smelled like raw sewage all four days that we were there. Front desk and dining employees were pleasant and efficient. Our room really lacked any appeal. The pictures must have been of the updated rooms. Our room was not updated. Old fixtures, baseboards, mirrors etc. Walls were dirty and the bathroom fan did not work well so walls and sink etc were always wet after a shower. And shower fixtures were old and didn’t work well. Room smelled very musty, like old cigarette smoke. Overall I would not stay again but it did the job for sleeping while visiting family in the area and breakfast choices were decent enough.

Room was fine- but one of the beds had a broken spring. In the lobby it smelled like dirty diaper that had been masked with febreeze. This smell started in afternoon and stayed throughout evening. Our room was clean and smelled fine.

Was given a key to our room and when we opened the door to the room people were already staying in that room! Seriously! Went back to the front desk and they said oops, sorry about that. Not professional . How does that happen?!? Rooms at first glance look nice but upon closer look they’ve been sugar coated to cover up dated hotel. Bed had horrible metal noise when you got in it, very dark in the rooms and light switch in bathroom was behind the door so you had to walk in the room into the dark,
Close the door then look for the switches on the wall in the dark. Trash cans both outside and inside the hotel were overflowing everywhere. Definitely not what I was expecting!

Hotel was okay, but rooms were loud. Laminated floors led to a lot of noise. Curtains were torn so hard to block light from outside. Overall condition of the hotel was satisfactory but somewhat worn out.

The lobby is deceivingly updated for how dated the rooms are. Pretty positive the bed was actually broken, and the tv was much too small, even for the aesthetics. I guess you get what you pay for as it was fairly inexpensive but just did not compare to other hotel properties in the Indianapolis area.
