Room was basic as expected. AC didn't work but I didn't care. Shower was great and the bed was comfortable. Only saw one cockroach. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

My room was clean and quiet. Staff courteous and pleasant. It was the cheapest place I could find where I needed to be. So no suprise that the building looked worn and shabby.

Do not stay here. It was filthy - the heating/cooling vent had visible dirt and debris and clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time - I was afraid to turn it on for fear of circulating this through the room, there was dirt on the floor, the lightbulbs in most of the lighting did not work, the hair dryer was sparking and clearly a fire hazard, the building was messy - there were boxers piled about in the lobby and - although I was in a non-smoking room - the building smelled of smoke. There were people congregated outside smoking . I did not feel safe - there wasn't a manual door lock on the door (only the lock that could be opened with a key card) - I pushed a chair up against the door as a precaution. The towels were thin and had the texture of a kitchen washcloth and the bed was not much better.

It is a good place to stay for A couple of days

Front desk attendant was rude. First room the toliet leaked and was told there was only 1 room left and it was for emergencies. Room had pateches of wallpaper peeling off the walls. Heater didn't work so the room was FREEZING! Yelling up and down the hallways. Fridge did not work.

Signage was a paper half taped to the entry door. From outside you can observe that the shades were off track in many rooms. Shady at best. Can’t speak to cleanliness of rooms; left after seeing lobby, clientele, and talking to clerk. Expedia snipped a days stay from refund.

It was gross! There were stains on the bedding and carpet. Smelled like cigarette smoke.

I wish I had taken photos. When I went to plug in the phone charger, there was a bug that came out of the outlet. One of the drawers was full with crumbs, and the bathroom toilet kept clogging. When I went to check in the person behind the counter was too busy, placing the order for Chinese food and had me wait. The room should’ve been 99+ tax up to 123+ the $12 cancellation fee and I ended up paying 173 again I wish I had taken pictures.

Everything worked - shower, tv, heat and wi-fi. The only problem was that the bathroom sink counter was not clean. I had to clean it with damp napkins to get rid of the built up crud.

We booked a king bed only to learn no rooms with kings were clean. Heat was alright but a constant drip could be heard. Got a 2 double bed. No breakfast. No coffee maker in room. None of us slept well. Asked about partial refund and was refused. The shower was nice. Otherwise, not worth the cost.

Room was filthy: chair had white dust all over; windowsill was covered with dirt, dust, ashes; windows didn't close fully; toilet rocked noisily; hotel doors to parking lot had a hole where the lock had been removed. No signage indicated this is "Riverdale Inn"; rather all signage (and wifi network and password) pointed to this being a Super 8. Loud party at the entrance until the wee hours, complete with music from an 18-wheel truck in the lot, and shouting. Halls reeked of pot. Shower rod was disconnected from the walls on both ends of the tub, so that water could not be prevented from flowing onto the bathroom floor. Only 3 lights in the room: either side of bed and next to the window; there was also a desk in the room, but it had no light on it.

We were attending a local concert and wanted an economical hotel to avoid driving a couple of hours aftreward. The price was right, the facility wasn't. The parking lot had pot holes, one large enough for a whole tire to fall into. The hallway smelled like dog. The non-smoking room smelled mildly of smoke. Each of the two chairs had an arm coming off.The toilet had the wrong seat and was loose and moved. The area outside the side entrance was strwn with trash. Check in was problematic: computer problems, unable to print, finally given room keys in desperation. This must be regularly complained about. When checking out weren't even asked "How was your stay"? Wouldn't recommend this facility that was recently taken over from Super 8 to anyone.

Riverdale Inn is a Super 8 motel, it smells old and the surroundings were littered. Staff were not welcoming. It needs to be honest about what it is an old run down motel.

Bedroom was dirty ! Blanket on bed ahd white stuff and bathroom had Pisa and cigarettes in the toilet like if someone was just in the room , was so scared didn’t even stay the night was too scared .

This property is DISGUSTING. Rubber mat in shower that was clearly never moved to clean tub. Every single thing reeked of smoke. Smoke detector was removed from our room obviously so people could still smoke in there. No screen on window. Took the blankets off the bed because it didn't seem like they were very clean to see burn holes in the blankets and the mattress cover. The smell was so strong. It was also very difficult to sleep with the noise coming through very very very thin walls. Area around property was filthy and disgusting.
