1) I came here with my family for my birthday - during my entire stay no one said anything.
2) I was told by staff I would be supplied with a reusable water bottle and filling stations available throughout the property. So I did not bring any bottles. Upon arrival I was told they are out of stock but check back next day. Moreover, I was told by management they would supply us water bottles. I wasted 1/2 of my trip waiting in the lobby or on telephone requesting reusable water bottles which I was told they were out of stock plus I spoke with 4-5 managers because no one would supply water bottles. My 4 and 6 year old were accompanying me on the trip and this was very hot trip for them. Staff would not supply water so I would have to take to a new manager each time. Sad thing was, they had plenty of reusable water bottles for sale in their gift shops.
3) dining plan is confusing and don’t get scammed. Each restaurant employee will tell you this is part of the dining plan and then you get a bill from the hotel. I recorded multiple videos of servers telling us items are part of the plan and it wasn’t. It is a great plan but the restaurant servers are playing games.
4) premium resort, beautiful place but lousy service. Activities are great. Plenty to do for families and kids. Kids 4ft and taller can go on any ride.

I tried to meet with Ashwan on 3 days but always busy.

My 3 time here in this part of the island. The Royal missed to disclose that you. Wed extra step to get an airport shuttle. Make sure you call receipt before booking online. It will cost you more than 150$. Other than the service was excellent.

For the amount of money it cost to stay here, things need to be cleaner such as the glass in the tunnel to see the sharks and fishes. Too mush algae green stuff making hard to see. Also
It needs to be disclosed that when we give the card on file at check in, there is a hold of over 500 placed on the card. The whole resort is cashless, which is not good.

Staff was so rude did not make you feel welcomed. No personality, not helpful, not friendly. As if you were bothering them and their space. They seemed like they didn't want to be there. so disappointed:(

The casino and the area getting to the casino were FREEZING COLD!!. I usually gamble every night when I'm on vacation. I didn't get to gamble at all because it was always too cold. We had to walk through the casino to get to the shopping and marina and dreaded it every time. Even the men in our group complained of how cold it was. Everything there extremely overpriced. Not a lot of food options. Several female employees really rude. Security guard harassing us to show our room keys to leave the hotel, but didn't check the people in front of us or behind us. When I asked her about it, she gave a rude answer and kept yelling things at us after we continued walking. Female employee in shop in marina also rude. I asked my daughter to read a price tag because it was smudged. It was $487 for a basic dress. When I asked the employee for clarification, she said "I THINK she already told you it was $487!". I did not buy anything in that shop.

SO I STAY HERE FOR THREE NIGHT AND MY DAUGHTER GOT SICK AND THEY SAID IT WAS 65 DOLLARS TO CLEAN UP HER PUCK , BUT I CLEANED IT UP , AND THEY DID NOT GIVE US CLEAN SHEET UNTIL THE MORRING , WOW , THEY DID REMOVE THE CHAGER BUT THAT WAS NOT RIGHT AT ALL

The Royal towers were in the middle of everything and easy walks around the property. Clean and friendly staff. Casino wasn't "loose" slots at all and minimum table games were $15, maybe make them $5 or $10. The water park was amazing and never had an issue finding a chair. Cove and Paradise beach clean and beautiful but Atlantis beach had trash on it.

We were put in a connecting room with a crying baby on the other side. Never a time, day or night, the baby was not crying. I got food poisoning from Poseidon’s Table. Suffice to say it was not a great trip.

I am very disappointed in the hotel. Although the hotel it self was clean and very engaging, some of the hotel staff were very rude and uninviting. The major issue I had was a safety issue in our hotel room. The second day there my wife injured her toe in our room. The door stopper was missing the rubber and the sharp metal was open coming out of the wall in the hallway. She banged her foot and opened up her toe where her bone was visible. We went to the nurse and filed a report. The part that was disappointing was that the hotel did nothing to fix this hazard and we ended up putting a cup over the metal so no other household member gets hurt. We didn’t get to enjoy our vacation since she was told by the nurse not to go in the water for a couple of days. We are very disappointed and angry that hotel didn’t even offer to switch our room after being notified that therw is a hazed nor did they come to fix the issue. We spent a lot of money we should at least get a good customer service not get treated like animals and regret our stay with Atlantis.

The Royal at Atlantis is one of the most beautiful & amazing places I’ve ever vacationed at. From the iconic scenery to the dining options , it’s literally nothing that can go wrong here. I love it it’s amazing. The Leap of Faith was amazing and I’ll do it all over again! 10/10 definitely recommend !

A delightful return to the Atlantis at Paradise Island. The water & toilet went down for sometime but it was not a long&major inconvenience. The staff could have broadcasted a message via television or email to alert the guests. I Would change the pool and water hours to 8pm. Overall a great trip and would recommend and return again.

The one thing I didn’t like is if you were staying at Royal you couldn’t go to the pool areas and beach areas at the Cove, but they could participate in the Royal pool, beach, and casino areas.
