5 Star stay. Staff was do friendly, rooms were spacious and VERY CLEAN. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows . Highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

I am very picky and read reviews for all hotels in the area before choosing. Rooms are large & clean. Hotel staff were pleasant. Breakfast was ok, not great. Exiting the hotel is tricky and dangeous but the overall experience of the stay was nice. Would stay again

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issues were beyond the staff’s control: road noise was high and the internet was out. Also hard to see entrance to hotel from the busy roadway it is on. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again

Need to rethink the breakfast. Less than expectable. They expect to much from the front staff to stop serving the checkin staff. Making the clear and clean the guest mess. Trash over flowing , milk every where,empty containers and spillage on the floor.

I liked the breakfast and how clean the facility was and I thought my room a spacious and relaxing. I don’t really like the area of the hotel. It’s mostly out of convenience that I stayed there.

For a quick last minute stay I enjoyed every bit of this place. The area is very convenient and clean, the staff was amazing and super friendly and informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly with only a $75 cleaning fee, so that was a super plus for me and my little fur baby. Overall I would definitely recommend and continue to return to this lovely hotel. Thank you to the staff for the best breakfast and coffee!! :)

The sink was clogged the carpets and floor were wet our entire stay. I had to pay a cash deposit 100.00 hold that was unexpected. We went for the pool but it was so dirty no way I would swim there.

Sub par stay. Room service missed on second of third night stay. The breakfast buffet area was a mess and food was bad compared to competitors. One night our keys didn’t work for some reason and we waited 15 min before they could figure out how to unlock door.

The area outside the hotel and the lobby areas were fine. However, our room looked and felt dirty. The couch was riddled with stains that made it unusable. There was an area above the bed that had some patch work done on the wall and looked unfinished. The bathroom configuration that has the sink and mirror outside in the main area is always a disappointment whenever we encounter that in a hotel (terrible design) and that is what we got here. Paid over $5 at the lobby shop for two cups of terrible undrinkable coffee. I have always associated the brand HYATT with something more on the high end of things… never again. This room definitely added some darkness to our weekend visiting friends in the area.

Very Nice Property, it’s located off a very busy highway which was my only gripe but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It’s also within in 10 mins of shopping and dining.

There was an internet outage for the entire first day. Check in was a slow and laborious process. Reception staff could not find the reservation despite being provided all the information and the prepayment advice.
Breakfast was a messy affair and quality of food was average.
Housekeeping was very good. Clean, neat and prompt service.

It was a very good stay with excellent cleaning crew, breakfast options, and service. My only objection is the lack of microwave in the room. I need warm water for my baby, for milk, and had to make trips nightly to the dinning area to use the only microwave available to guests. I had a 3 night stay so you can imagine how irritating it was. Otherwise, very good hotel. Lots of parking and located in a generally safe area.

The first room I was put in was dirty and appeared to not have been vacuumed in a very long time. The refrigerator was broken. All surfaces were dusty. I requested a different room. The second room had multiple light bulbs out and thus the place was very dark. I stayed there nonetheless, tired of moving everything. The second day there, the internet was out (and I was trying to work!). Since the internet was out, the limited food options could only be paid for in cash or added as an expense to the room. I asked if they had an ATM machine so I could pay in cash; they did not. They have a "bar" but there is no menu, and no official bartender-front desk attendants make your drink. I would never recommend this play or return. Staff was friendly.

We had some difficulty with the magnetic key cards upon arrival and needed three trips to the front desk to have it resolved. The staff were friendly and helped us with our needs. The room itself was awesome and we enjoyed the space. The pool was great and appeared clean enough! Breakfast options were top notch. The location was safe as it was isolated off of route 4 but a hassle if you are not paying attention since you would have to loop around several roads to catch the entrance. I would most likely stay there again if I needed to ever be in the area.
