Nice hotel. Parking is a challenge due to tight spaces. Front desk was friendly. Near a shopping center and food and the interstate. Would stay again if in area.

This is one of the best Ramada properties that I have stayed in US. Very spacious and clean rooms, courteous staff and ample car parking.

The over night stay was ok, we were on the main floor and it was noisy, you heard every door slamming, we needed to get a good night rest but we didn’t.

I would rate this hotel 3 stars. The room was adequate and met my basic needs, but there were a few issues that affected my stay. The room was located on the first floor, and it was quite noisy throughout the night as guests moved through the hallway. A reminder for guests to keep noise levels down after hours might help improve the experience for others.
Additionally, the hotel has limited parking spaces. I had to park offsite and was provided with a voucher, but it didn’t work for the garage, which meant I had to pay the full $35 parking fee to exit.
Overall, I would consider returning, but only if the price is more reasonable.

We did stopover in the Bronx to visit family. The hotel was just fine. The neighborhood is a bit rundown but the hotel seemed secure and the staff was very attentive. There was a parking lot and breakfast was included. We went out to dinner an Little Italy and had a fantastic dinner.

Looks nice outside, the inside is okay. Not enough parking, elevator takes long just use the stairs. My door key got stuck on the first day and on the second day the key stop working. Do not eat the breakfast, everyone that stayed that I know got sick. Nice bed, nice water pressure, and bathroom mirror. But personally this pricing wasn’t worth the stay.

After initially checking into the room the hotel concierge was too busy eating and finishing her food to check me in to start. I always check any room I stay in for cleanliness, upon initial Inspection there would bed bugs crawling all over the mattress…. I was bitten and immediately packed my belongings and left by 11pm. I would like a refund back. That stay was soooo disgusting!!!

The decor was acceptable. In need of upgrades to the shower stall which showed some mold. The refrigerator froze everything in it. All items placed in there at night were rock solid ice by morning. The manager was supposed to come to the room but never did. Was promised a call and as of 5 hours after checking out, no call. The bed wasn't soft nor were the pillows. The room was cleaned well in spite of the stains on the shower floor. The breakfast attendant Fanny was rude and disrespectful.

I only hated the fact that as it was 11 o'clock the operator call to say hey its check out time despite us heading thru the room door 11:01 AM. I thought it was bad like see if we are truly going over even 11:05 but to call that quick seems unprofessional to me. Also the breakfast area need better instructions about how the breakfast is served because one of the server was rude about the plate for waffles being different from the plates for the egg and sausage and there was no instructions on what should be used for what.

I like the cleanliness and daily room services. For those who are looking to book a room, please stay away from the rooms close to the elevator and reception areas,too much traffic and noise at night.
