Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

Front desk employees were awesome and friendly. We were awakened by housekeeping beating on our door at 7:30am. We were staying for two nights and even if we were not checkout was not until 11:00 am. Most places have a list to let housekeepers know he is cheoot.

Average room was okay for an overnight stay. Was not so pleased with the white towels and washcloths. The towels were a little dinge and one of the washcloths looked like a mechanic had just finished working on a greasy engine and wiped his hands on it. I can't believe that they would even put that in a room!

We have stayed here before, and we liked it better then. The room was clean and quiet, however there were lighting issues and it lacked comfort items such as facial tissues and soap. The breakfast area needed restocking. The front desk person barely talked to us.
We would stay again, in hopes the items mentioned get some attention.

The rooms were kept very nice and clean actually the entire property looks pretty clean very very courteous and The Price is Right also just the perfect little get away from me and my husband.

It was very small! The "queen" size beds are definitely not queen size. They are doubles! The shower is tiny as well. We are not big people. I am 5'10 and weigh 130 lbs. My husband is 6ft and 190 lbs. There was also (what looked like) blood on the comforter. I didn't notice it until the morning.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times when I travel through the area. It’s clean, beds are comfortable, and it’s in a safe area close to the interstate and restaurants. My room on this most recent stay had a light out in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Otherwise the room was fine, the bed was quite good and it was clean. Breakfast here is sadly lacking. Scrambled eggs and some type of link sausage that is inedible, and some bread,muffins, cereal and a waffle maker. Overall it’s a decent value to stay as long as you’re not counting on breakfast.

The carpet was filthy and sticky and stained. The handle on the shower was broken off. The safety lock on the door was gone. The property smelled like weed. The people were helpful and friendly. Check out was a breeze. I've stayed at this property before and it was immaculate. I think this was just a one off.

The first room was dirty. Sheets had lots of hair, it wasn't wash. It was disgusting both beds. Toilet was nasty it wasn't clean either, shower was lots of hair. I asked for a different room, and they transferred me to the 3rd flr. It was clean bed but again toilet was dirty.

Easily the best kept secret in hotels. Easy on the budget, friendly, helpful staff, and the MOST comfortable beds! Room was spacious and well-appointed. Very impressed!

I called front desk to let her know that the tv is not working, She said she will show up and she didn’t come at all. Around 6am I called five times she didn’t answer the phone and I went to front desk, she was watching movies on her phone. I told her that the Tv didn’t work. Bad service

The gentleman at the front desk was over the top with customer service. He was very friendly, efficient, actually carried on a good conversation with us. Too bad all hotels don’t have check-in agents like him. Our room 116 was clean upon entering but it needs some updates. Beds were comfortable, we didn’t see an ice bucket in there. You need to provide one soap for shower and another for washing hands at sink—very important. The toilet water ran on and off during the night. The shower door inside and out was moldy. Should be replaced. TV and digital service was okay but hard to find specific channels.

The person at the front desk never got off her personal cell phone to check me into my room. They did not have the room details correct and asked me what type of room I wanted. The room was not clean. There was wax on the carpet. There were Cheerios in the carpet. The sheets on one of the beds had makeup stains and clearly had not been changed. When we asked for clean sheets and a blanket she just handed them to us to handle ourselves. The shower had hair in it and had not been cleaned either. This place is disgusting!

We stopped here on our way home from the beach. Very nice hotel for us. It was clean and Ray did a wonderful job checking us on. Room was big and specious,. Bed was comfirtable and we had enough pillows.

Very clean quiet and no issues with staff. The pool was clean and the staff was very friendly. They would bring towels or needed items straight to your room and the internet is high speed!! Nice walk-in showers and the beds are clean and soft!!

The room was very hot and the AC in there would not cool the room down. Worst nights sleep I’ve had in a while!

Where do I start? Didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel which is on us but the dogs barking and kids running the hall at midnight should have been dealt with. The room had mold in the bathroom and the bedspread had a suspicious stain on it. There was also trash left behind on the floor. The plastic bag covering the smoke alarm was also highly suspicious. When I got out of bed after a sleepless night I thought that the least they could provide me was a decent breakfast. That was a bit much to ask I guess. Prison food is probably better. I would have asked for a refund but I just wanted to GTFO as quickly as possible.
