Not great. Booked a king bed and they wanted to switch us to a double queen in an upgrade. Cobwebs in room. An odd glossy substance on the head board. Bed not great but the shower had great pressure. Breakfast ok. Parking good.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, however its proximity to the highway meant that I heard the trucks passing. The treadmill in the gym was covered in sweat from a previous user- which really was kind of gross. Otherwise, everything was really good.

The manager provided more than enough information about this hotel, the hotel chain, and on-going deals. Very impressive.

There were many times when there was no one at the front desk. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room was all right. But some fixtures were loose. Some things appeared to be missing. And the condition was not great.

Couch in the room had a huge stain and the door to our room didn’t lock at all. It barely closed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Loved the good water pressure in the shower, which is rare in most hotels. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall very friendly staff, room was fairly clean but bathroom had a lot of debris in the tub. Cleaning staff missed quite a bit.

The location was fine and the clerk was friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room above ours had flooring issues and creaked and popped every time the occupants moved, which was often after 2 AM. Other guests also started stomping up and down stairs and slamming doors after 2 AM

Ravi and the rest of the crew were very kind and made us feel welcome. The room was filthy and smelled like sweat, which did not abate during the course of the trip. There were crumbs in the drawers. The floor corners not cleaned out, like where the walls meet the floor, the corners were dirty. The tub didn't plug for my kids' bath. There were very limited towels available for the pool. The people overhead were very heavy walkers and woke us up about 2 hours earlier than we were hoping to (also, their poor kid fell out of the bed 2x, bless them). Altogether, for over $200 a night, really unimpressed.

Stayed in room 120. The room above had very loud and creaky floors. Also guests stomped up and down stairs at 4 AM and slammed doors. Not a restful night. The bed was comfortable.

As I waited to check in because the worker was on the phone……. I asked for a key to use the bath….. he gave me the key and there was poop all in the toilet, poop in the trash can and clearly you can tell what it smelled like! We asked for a cot then after that he said it would take at least an hour to get up then we said no then he brought it up!

Well this was not a great experience at all...reserved a king bed room and got one with 2 doubles that reeked of carpet cleaner overdose. The remote for the tv didn't work. Brown stains on box spring covers that could easily be replaced, moldy shower curtain, sticky floor, dirt in the corners of the floor...walls and door handles dirty....i will nevwr stay here again

The room was spacious and clean. However, it is noisy there. The neighborhood did not look like very safe. I did not feel comfortable to stay at the first floor and asked the front desk to help change my room. The front desk told me there was no other room available for me. I then left. Worst hotel I ever stayed.

A little run down. The people that stayed above me were really loud. I stayed at the hotel to rest after my child was born, after having been awake for 3 days straight. I was hoping to just be able to fall into a deep sleep and could not until those people went to bed. The phone and TV in the room did not work either because I thought I could blot out the noise or have someone call their room. Unable to and I was too exhausted to go down to the front desk. The cabinets in the kitchen were broke and were patched up. I also found someone’s random sock by the bed and a condom, well I’m glad someone was safe there.

Clean and convenient. Not too far from downtown. Close to stores and places to eat.

The front desk was wonderful, they acknowledged us each time we passed through even offering us cookies. The pool was clean and we had plenty of towels. The housekeeping cleaned up our room every day. We were in town for a funeral and it was nice after so many stressful days to come back to our beds made and clean towels.

Toilet seat was loose and the towel rack is too close to the toilet. When a guy stands in front of the toilet the towel rack jams into your back or shoulder. Other than that it's a nice place to stay.
