The room was very small, bathroom tiny. Not a good stay

I cannot even explain how disappointed I was unfortunately. I still haven't expressed my concern to the manager at the property. I would hope I can get some kind of refund from them when I calm down.
Now would, I feel be an appropriate time to express my concern as to why I haven't received my refund to a hotel In early September that I reported appropriately and in a timely manner. Not to mention I also had to submit documents from my Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon and Team. That's why I had spent money which was for this specific trip was cancelled for meds meaning

Not quite as easy to walk to the little town nearby - hotels on So Airport Blvd are better situated - but this one does have free shuttle to the airport and breakfast and a little bit of fitness equipment, so liked that. Would definitely stay there again

There's ants in the bathroom sink room #341.
The second TV was not working at all.
The cell phone charging pad was not working.
The bed sheet was not smell fresh, not sure if bed sheet wasn't wash.

The furniture in the room was way worse than my previous stays. It was as if the room was from 90s. Also there were some hair in the bathroom on the towels.

I was surprised since the rating for this place was good…I didn’t find that so. Old dated property, ants in the bath area…pretty disappointing but I guess I should have looked at the star rating…two stars is where I’d put it.

I should noticed all the previous names this placed had, over ten different names. The room was so small we had to step into the tub to shut the bathroom door. There was only a phone stand to put your stuff on, no desk or dresser. The room was no bigger than 180sqft, never mentioned online. And the $14 parking lot charge, no spot was ever open because they sell them out for airport parking. Nice to hear they had a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was reheated up frozen waffles and toast. I will most likely never stay here again, There a plenty of other hotels nearby.

It is ashamed that a room does not have a simple USB port. A multi-port charger in the room was out of order, and they’ve sad that this situation is in the most of the rooms.

This hotel was in an industrial part of SF, lots of businesses and their trucks around. Our room was very small, no fridge or microwave and the bathroom was extremely cramped. We had ants on the window sill, but i didn't bother them and they didn't bother me. Our window looked out over the backyard seating area. The room was clean and comfortable for our two night stay, just very small.

Rooms were perfect for a quick stay. Clean sheets and furniture. Hallways and carpets were kinda old/dirty but that’s not really what you stay for. Staff was friendly, lobby was quaint. The continental breakfast was mostly just the prewrapped bear claws and waffles but the coffee was good. 10/10 for a quick stay. It’s not the Ritz but great for price and what you get.

The inside of the rooms were great! I’d stay again based off of that. The second floor hallway however was smelly both nights I stayed. But the smell never got into the rooms. They should put more work into the hallways. However, great stay at a great price. I’d do it again.
Oh and there’s no refrigerators (at least in my room). So I ordered food but had to throw some of it away because I couldn’t save it. Bummer.

Overall a nice hotel, good for the money. The shuttle to the airport only runs for a limited time during the day and the driver was not very polite. The walls are a bit too thin. The breakfast was good enough but wish there were eggs.
