It was great loved the breakfast, all workers were kind and room service was great, room was just kind of “broken” in some areas

The staff were amazing! Reception was awesome, room service was friendly and did a great job. Breakfast staff was awesome as well. This was a lower price than other places, so it was a little older, but that's fine with us. The staff attitude and how well they did their jobs was more important. The breakfast was decent and the place was generally clean. The area was nice with a cracker barrel across the street and a gas station and grocery store nearby. We would stay here again.

The Hotel needs updating only found one plug to charge my phone it was across the room, none of the light fixtures have USB ports. The standard set by ownership is not very high. Also shower/tub combination was old and had rust section right at the drain. Windows looking into parking lot haven't been cleaned in a long time. The breakfast was decent. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any extended period of time barely good for an overnighter in a pinch.

The bathroom was dirty and the tv didn't work. However, the receptionist was very pleasant and nice, which made it hard to fuss. Hotel just needs some updates and someone to double check if the rooms are clean before guest book room.

Our room was so full of moisture. Mold was visible on the ceiling, and inside cabinets. The floor was sweating through the carpet. There was surface rust on the metal drawer handles. Service was excellent, however the air moisture conditions were terrible.

My overall stay was great, the only complaint that I have was that the air didn’t appear to get the room cold. So for half the night we were hot and it was hard for us to go to sleep. But, when we woke up the air was definitely felt then. Overall it was a good stay.

Hotel is old and in much need of upgrades. Bathtub scratched up and wallpaper coming lose, bed hard and very uncomfortable, didn’t get one night of good sleep. Fitness Center should be closed, on 4 pieces of equipment which is broken and outdated.

We went to room, and black was in the bathtub, and the airconditioner had mold growing in it. We asked for a different room, but the same result except the floor was also wet. Not the standards of a comfort inn.

The guy at the front desk was awesome. We went to our room and as soon as we walked in you could smell the cigarette smoke and neither me or my boyfriend smoke so we called the front desk to let him know and he upgraded us to a king suite. It was perfect

We got a non smoking room but you could still smell faint cigarette smoke. The AC unit by the window did not cool all that well and the fan wasn’t that powerful. And the shower water stunk and the pressure from the actual shower head wasn’t that strong,

The lady that checked us in was very accommodating. We arrived quiet late, but she was pleasantly helpful, with a great wit and attitude. When you are road weary with 2 grandchildren, an upbeat friendly reception sets you on a different course. She should be commended for the job she does.

Top of the toilet was broken and half on. Look like it had been repaired atleast twice instead of just being replaced. When we first got there. Lady working behind the counter was moody and you could tell she didn't want to be there. No other problems.

Hotel needs updating. Bathroom could use a fresh deep clean including re caulking the tub and removing stains. That being said, we could tell care was taken to clean everything. Did not expect housekeeping for our 2 night stay and he did a wonderful job tidying our space and providing fresh linens. Very much appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch staff here who will go out of their way to help! Appreciated the variety of breakfast options including pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, and pastries. If this hotel could be renovated/given a face lift I’m sure it would be among the best in Hammond because the staff is already A , from front desk to housekeeping to the ladies providing breakfast and cleaning the lobby.
