Never again. Smelly not only in the rooms, but in the whole accommodation area. You can smell the mustiness and stench as soon as you enter the hotel.

Guest services was nice and polite. Beds were comfortable and breakfast hit the spot.

This property was clean and the desk clerks were friendly. It was more than I expected for the price we paid, however, it is still a budget hotel. Amenities are limited and there is evidence of many sloppy repairs. It was worth the money, and we would stay there again, just expect to get what you paid for.

Everything was good

Sheets were stained, carpets weren’t well-vacuumed, and the whole place was kind of moist/humid.

It served it’s purpose

Hotel is nice and clean. Beds are nice and comfy with clean linens. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast is decent with waffles, yogurt, fruit and muffins. Easy parking, safe and secure. Easy access to I10 and New Orleans about 30 minutes away. Would stay again

This hotel seemed to try but fail in most aspects. From the moment you walked in, it was like uh oh. But it was late and I wanted to give it a fair shake. Walked in and was a buzzing sound every few seconds. Come to find out the elevator was broken. It worked but buzzing was alarm that phone didn’t work. When I got to my room it seemed ok. But when I got to bed pulled back cover and there were dark fuzz balls that I thought were bugs, and a few hairs. Just don’t look like they’d washed sheets, but it smelled ok. The continental breakfast consisted of waffle maker, two cereals, coffee and OJ and some packaged muffins. Was kind of weak, even to continental breakfast standards ha. It was a place to stay, but I left for different hotel next day.

The staff was amazing!! Especially the guy that worked today! He went above and beyond for me!

Room looked like there was vomit on the curtain, when asked front desk they said "just remove the curtain", then we saw roaches. Needless to say we requested a refund and was out of there within 1hr of arrival

Only a 20 minute drive from New Orleans. Safe and right off the highway for easy access. The staff was amazing. The only negative was that the elevator was out of service but it won’t stop me from staying again in the future.

I wouldn’t let my worse enemy stay at this run down hotel. This place should be closed and rebuilt…..terrible and disgusting place to stay. Don’t put your money and family in this hotel.

I would love to rate this hotel but I never got to stay. Due to flight cancellations and bad weather, my plane was delayed to the point that I never arrived. I called the hotel to cancel and get a refund and they told me to call hotels.com. So, I called hotels. Com who called the hotel on my behalf and was told that it's too bad and they won't refund the money. I can understand their side, however, knowing that I never checked in or used their services, you would think that they'd do something as a good business practice, but they were not kind to me on the phone and from what it sounded like from the hotel. Com rep, they were a little curt with him as well. I won't be booking with them again.

Let me start by saying the room itself was not terrible. Beds, sheets, showers, and towels were all clean. The bed was probably more comfortable than mine at home. The bathroom was extremely small for a room that could occupy up to 4 guest, again not a huge deal just a little inconvenient. Hotel was in a safe area, easy parking, well lit lot. Staff was always SUPER friendly and helpful. However, the hotel does have an odor to it and the warmer it got outside, the worse the odor was inside. We had to have help from the front desk EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed in our room. Our key cards never worked, not even once. That was quite the hassle and a bit frustrating. We stayed five days and weren’t offered a different room once. The hotel was not at capacity during our stay, a different room with working key pads would have made a huge difference for us (and probably for the poor night shift girl who had to leave the desk every single night to manually unlock our door for us). There are not a lot of dinning options in the area, there is a Waffle House next door but other than that, you either have to go up to the next two exits or into New Orleans for food. But let’s be honest we were going into NO anyway. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible. I would have just like it to be more convenient in some areas.

Elevator did not work, no WiFi, one room smelled moldy, 2nd room we were given was very dusty. Coffee was watered down and breakfast options, well there was no breakfast options! Stay away from this hotel, not sure how they have such high rating on Expedia.

Staff was friendly

Everything was great. I honestly felt safe here. One thing is the bathroom is quite small but it was just my daughter and me and we were fine.

Not luxurious, but a great place to stay pre cruise. Phils restaurant next door is WONDERFUL

Has waffle house across the street

The hotel room was very clean but really needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. The shower door wouldn't stay closed, and the shower floor was extremely slippery. I had to put a towel on the shower floor so I or my family wouldn't slip. Although the website states that a hot breakfast is served, the only hot item is a waffle. I thought it would include more like eggs and bacon/sausage.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Shower was dated but worked. Had a fridge but no microwave. The make your own waffles were good.

The rooms are in desperate need of a remodel and the elevator needed repair. Besides that the staff was attentive and room was clean.
