It is teasonable but the facility is not fuctioned well. The seimming pool is good but quite cold water so hard to enjoy even though it is summer time.

We had a great stay at this property, check in went smoothly, staff was friendly and breakfast was great. This was also within 20 minutes of being at Wonderland so it was not a long ride back and very close to shopping areas.
The only problem we had was that you could hear people talking through the vents while trying to sleep.

Located in a nice area, easy to get to from highway and very quiet area. Staff was great, room was just as expected and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Our room had crumbs under the foldout bed and garbage, we also had ants in our room EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting. We were changed to a new room and there were cobwebs in the corners, crumbs, cracked countertop- got into the elevator and the handrail fell off. Will never stay here again.

Maybe when I booked the hotel and missing some details about the cleaning service. Every 3 days is 'light touch" means changing towels and garbage bags only. I'm not used that kind of service, and the breakfast lady was very mean.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was quiet and spacious. Will defy book again when in the Toronto area. The staff was very helpful. The free breakfast was great.
The only thing I would say is for a hotel of this size there should be a second elevator. Also parking should be free with stay. Also there should be more recycling bins in the rooms etc. all the garbage and recycling went into the same garbage so not very recycle friendly.

I was disappointed to learn that there’s an additional fee of 95$ because I came with a dog. When booking, it was not mentioned anywhere.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The gardens and planters surrounding the property created were beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The homey ambiance of the rooms, combined with the comfortable beds, ensured a restful stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, providing a great start to each day.
However, the only downsides were that some room features (tiles chips, etc) could use updating and the pull-out couch was not comfortable. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel for its warm atmosphere and excellent service.
