This was my first time here, apart from the casino “blackjack” having to pay the table a dollar to even play, which is kinda crazy only casino I seen that does that, the room smelled like smoke,the sheets were dirty I unfolded the sheets were dirty

Had to change rooms twice since the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Hair both on the floor and tub. Though they gave us an upgrade and the front desk was really helpful, the next day we got woken up at 3 am due to screaming on the room next door. In addition to this, we had a bad experience with the valet parking where one of the drivers hit our car while opening the door of the car he was parking.

The hotel looked nothing like the photos. It is very outdated and the bed was hard.

We had stayed here multiple times and this time was the worst experience our bed wasn’t comfortable as usual husband and I we both left with a lower back pain.

The hotel was nice the workers were so friendly and accomodating. We did valet parking everyone was great never an issue only downfall i stayed for the casino but they had no slot machines only tables but it was still great.

I like the options of blackjack $5 up to $100 alot tables to play also like the food and the valet parking that comes with the room at the hotel had a very good time

Registration staff was EXCELLENT. & the bellhop was very helpful. But the valet experience was HORRIBLE. Didn't open the door for me ONE TIME. Had to walk to the car everytime we left the hotel, but then stood there expecting tips. Which is the norm for me, but what would I be tipping for? It was my husband's birthday weekend; put me in a bad mood before we even checked in

After reading previous reviews I will admit I was nervous about the complaints with staff being rude. This was so far from the truth. Every single staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and very responsive to concerns Food was available around the clock and was very good AC was not working properly and they were prompt with finding a solution for the issue. Would definitely stay again if we are back out in the area. Thank you commerce staff for the wonderful stay

Good place, rooms were quiet despite the casino downstairs. Staff were friendly and kind, this included the security guards at the entrances for the casino.
Didn’t like the added resort fee I had to pay at the hotel despite paying for the trip via Expedia. They should have a separate parking designated for those staying at the hotel, due to the casino you has to look for parking in the lot and at times park far in the lot and walk.
Stay as good tho, would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and bed/pillows were comfortable. I was concerned about the noise, but we went on a school day and had zero issues.
