Bed was old and loud. The outside is exposed through the hvac unit. Scetchy.

Rooms are a little bit smaller than we were expecting. The bathroom was incredibly small and uncomfortable. The available tv service was very limited as well.

I couldn't get the air conditioner lower than 68. When i told management they said its working fine instead of being honest so i could move to another hotel. It seems they have the temperature set to 68 to save money. Also, wifi is spotty and water is dirty.

Look, its a 100$ room, you get what you pay for. But downsides are room stunk like smoke, front desk told me they would spray something to cover up smell. Sheets on check in were dirty, had to request housekeeping to change. Air conditioner barely kept up with heat. Bed squeaks when you move around, and pillows are lumpy and flat at same time. Terrible nights sleep, but checkout was a breeze. Just pass the key through the bulletproof glass and leave.

Great place for a quick beach trip!

The owner truly takes pride in his establishment. On the first of three stays during July the stairs were in need of repair. On my final stay was within 2 weeks of my first, he had started the process of repairing the stairs. On my last stay I was in a room that had regular height toilets! My first review of this property mentioned the low toilets. My first two stays were on the first floor of the same building but in different rooms both had low toilets. My second stay was on the second floor and that room had a normal height toilet. During my last stay which was a week in length I had hoped to use the pool my last 3 days there because I had turned in my rental car. I noticed that it was open intermittently during the week. I don't know if that was due to forgetting to remove the sign or if there had been definite issues. It was open on the weekends. I will definitely stay there again. I recommend it if you want a hotel that is quiet.

We chose this location because of its proximity to a concert venue. We didn't need luxury, just a place to sleep for one night. This was a basic, decent, clean room at a reasonable price. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was very quiet. I would recommend it if you don't need lots of bells and whistles.

Kewl spot .. quiet .. huge room .. bed was comfy

Staff was friendly and dedicated. Room was good size for the price. Bed and pellows were comfortable. Room was very clean. Snacks and beverages are sold for cheap price at the front desk. My only complaint is the smell of the room. Can’t pin point what it smelled like.

We stayed at the hotel due to a death in the family. The staff were EXCELLENT in helping us to modify our 4-day stay to 2 days. They went out of their way!!! THANK YOU! The hotel itself, however, was terrible. I had socks on and the floors were filthy as shown the bottom of the socks. The mattress was comfortable, but it sat on bed springs that squeaked every time one of us moved. The TV would not shut off and there was a blue color at night when we slept.

This place is a dive! Key had to be rekeyed every time I stepped out. Wi-Fi unavailable in my room. Sleezy people everywhere. Stay away!

You get what you pay for...it is a bed and a bathroom, average accommodations. Bigger than normal size mini fridge, nice size freezer. Microwave, coffee maker and iron all as advertised.
