Great Blacksburg area hotel I had not stayed at before. Stayed for a football weekend and was very pleasantly surprised. They had a complimentary happy hour on Friday evening that was fantastic. Breakfast both mornings was very good relative to typical hotel 'free' breakfasts. The service was fantastic by the entire staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a Tech football game. This hotel is really a prime spot. Not in the downtown area but still really close to everything. Staff is great, lobby and rooms are nice and clean and they do lots of little things to treat the guests and make them feel welcome

We went to the hotel and they didn’t have our reservation from your site. They didn’t have ANY rooms since it was game weekend at the university. We had to travel way out passed the town and pay more.

We had a great experience, however there was dog food on our floor (a few hard morsels). It was not disgusting at all. I am allergic to pet dander though and prefer to stay in a room that doesn’t have pets in them. I thought that some rooms didn’t allow dogs and some did. I’m surprised by this.

I have a daughter I'm visiting in Virginia, which was why I booked the hotel. When I arrived, my name was on the table as the day's guest. The receptionist at the desk was very polite and provided excellent service. I was informed that breakfast was served at 6 AM in the morning. I woke up at 6 AM and went to the breakfast place around 7:30. It was clean, calm, and friendly. I am sure I will book this hotel whenever I visit my daughter. Appreciate for everything. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed the spacious and modern rooms. Unfortunately housecleaning knocked on our door early even though we had the door tagged. Other than that, the room and front desk folks were amazing.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and have always been able to change the input on the tv with the direct tv remote and connect my fire stick to stream. A few months ago, they changed out the remotes and no longer allow you to connect to streaming services. Traveling two nights per week each week, I want to watch my shows, not the 26 channels full of commercials. I love everything else about the hotel but will not be staying there any longer due to this.

Jason at the front desk was great. Super friendly and even sent a text message to check on the room a short while after we checked in. Offered complimentary bottles of water and cookies.

The hotel was fantastic. The only thing that annoyed us was the squeaky bathroom door. It squeaked so hard each time someone used the bathroom. Especially in the middle of the night that it woke everyone up including our dog.

Front desk staff was super friendly. The hotel overall was nice, but there were some things I didn’t love. The water pressure was terrible and there wasn’t a true shower head, just a hand sprayer. AC unit was incredibly loud. Neither thing would prevent me from staying here again though.

The staff was very courteous. Everything in our room was in excellent condition. The breakfast had several good choices of hot food.
