Is a dated facility. The room was noisy, walk to the bathroom going down hill. The hotel is not separated from questionable neighbors.

The purpose of staying there was nostalgic. My late uncle owned the place with it used to be called the Broken A Lodge. It was across the street from my Late Father’s business.
The price was quite reasonable the Bef was comfortable. The pillows not so much but suitable. The mini fridge was way too cold so everything in it froze.
Over a very pleasant stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom light also turned on a very noisy fan. So if one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night, it disturbed the sleep of the other.

The hotel rate is overpriced for what it offers. They refused to honor Hotel.com cancellation policy and said it's already paid.

Good value budget hotel. Very clean, good location - 20 minute easy walk or 5 minute drive to downtown or campus. A little dated but price reflects that.

This hotel room was clean, and that is the only complimentary thing I can say about it. The remote did not work, there was no coffee pot ( just the heating element), half of the outlets did not work, the shower was awful, and the bed was hard. There was no maid service, although I stayed two days. And for this I was charged over $300!

The room was clean and ready. Only concerns were the bathroom fan and light are combined, the toilet ran about every 7 minutes and the bathroom sink drain was very very slow. Water pressure was so high sink faucet took a while to get use to. I mentioned concerns upon check out. I hope they were addressed for next guests. I would stay there again.

This is an older motel but still OK. We walked to dinner at Bud Jackson's and breakfast at Smokehouse, both were terrific. Location is convenient.

Expedia put me into a handicapped room for guests with pets. I am not handicapped and Iam deathly allergic to DOGS! Liz, the clerk on duty the night I checked in did an EXCELLENT job of changing my room to a normal king bed without added charge. Thank you Liz and the Travel Lodge management.

It was a typical old low budget motel, everything was old and outdated. But it was just a stop off on a roadtrip so the bed was comfortable and the lady at the desk very helpful. It was what I expected for the price.

I enjoyed how it was around a lot of places like restaurants and other stuff wasn't too far. Also that I had a shower chair in my bathroom, no other motel/hotel has given me one before so it was very helpful as I have one at home. Only issue I had was my tv didn't work for some reason. Just would be a black screen and wouldn't change or anything.

Fun retro motel---even has the original Travlelodge sign! The only thing they need to do is add a few more plug options close to the beds for phone chargers, etc.

The King size bed was comfortable. it was better than some in some other hotels we have stayed in La Grande.
There is NO breakfast as stated by the app. The lady at the front desk said they have never had breakfast . There is a good breakfast restaurant across the street.

This property and stay was as I expected in this price range. We were only staying overnight and needed a clean bed and shower which this property provided just fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed a little bit of an early check in, staff was the highlight of the stay. Thank you

We left another hotel before because it was disgusting and came to this one which was much cleaner and sanitary without anyone strung out on drugs. Mostly laborers staying there. Friendly, helpful staff & rooms are clean and nice.

Room faced pothole & grime filled parking lot w/a row of slummy houses & half stripped, disabled cars spilling into the hotel’s lot. We were greeted by a group of guys hanging out on the balcony outside our room and they kept us up hooting and hollering all night. Carpet & bathroom were disgusting, outlets didn’t work, clock not set. Housekeepers were nice.

Decent room, reasonable price. Older hotel, staff was efficient and polite. Area is a little sketchy, not a great selection of dining options.

The staff here are amazing. Being a little off the beaten path the hotel is showing its age but a great place for an overnight business trip. Besides there is a great breakfast place just across the street.
