The room nor the bed were not done every day. Very limited breakfast with plastic cuttlery.

Absolutely amazing! Mona made our stay the most comfortable and personal. She always has a smile on her face! She is GREAT! Very friendly and accommodating!

The rooms were clean and nice, but the beds and pillows were very soft so not comfortable (for me). As for breakfast, it was meh and was not refilled. Even the tables were not cleaned regularly.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Clean comfortable with a convenient location to where we were meeting up with friends.

I was given a villa where there was dog poop in the room! I immediately demanded to change the room. I was given a villa on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator to go up to the villa on the 2nd floor! A huge staircase. I have 3 large suitcases. No one helped me to lift the suitcases to the 2rd floor. I had to argue with the receptionist so that someone would help me with the suitcases, because there is no elevator! I checked into another room where there were dirty pillows and towels! They do not change bed linen and towels. Also No towels at the pool. I waited for a towel for a whole hour, but they never brought me a towel! The same worker who refused to give me pool towels at 5pm tried to steal my food delivery at 11pm 10.06.2024. I tried to talk to the manager. He is not in the hotel at 12 pm on Monday! Where can the manager be on Monday, besides his work?

Years ago, the Grand really was grand. My recent stay was disappointing. The grout in the shower needed a good scrubbing. The freezer compartment of the fridge was in need of defrosting; when I tried to adjust the temperature the knob fell off. The breakfast choices were severely limited. Nobody was at the Front Desk when I wanted to check out. It wasn't all bad. The bed was comfortable and the environment feels safe.

Cheap breakfast after advertising you had breakfast Signs elevator for 4 max but only on the lobby not on other floors

It has been 2 years since the last time I stayed here…things have definitely gone downhill. Every part of our room fell like it had grime on every surface. The walls had food and toothpaste in them. The beds are low to the floor. There was only one lamp in the bedroom of the villa. The entire villa was void of decoration…it was like staying in a grey prison cell. There was a huge spider in the room. They used to have a nice hot breakfast with an omelette station. Now it’s a couple of pastries and cereal. Not good. Everything seemed outdated and not worth the $300 price for one night. Will not return.

Very comfortable and quiet for our 3 night stay

The location is good, because it is near both Stanford Univ. and Silicon Valley Big Tech Companies. Room is sanitary clean, simple but enough quantity breakfast is also good. The room I stayed has no problem but other room's equipment has a little problem (hot water had not served on the first day). Totally, it seems to be a good hotel.

The hotel met our needs and it's locations was good. Room was nice. We enjoyed the fireplace. Room could use some updating. Could of used a microwave. Bathroom was very nice. Room was spacious. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast was ok, could have used some more protein other than just a hard boiled egg. Over all I would give our stay 3 stars

Great place will stay again

The hotel did not live up to the reviews at all. The AC could not be turned off, so it was a constant 28 degrees in the room. None of the channels worked. We got a new room twice, but it didn't help with the missing TV channels. Besides the three shortcomings mentioned above, their Hot tub is turned off and decommissioned, even though their pictures on their website show otherwise. There was a lot of noise from the ventilation system out in the hallway, even though we had switched off ours in the room. The cleaning was inadequate and the hotel is very worn. Can't recommend this hotel. We have still not received compensation from Hotels.com, to which the hotel says we must complain.

The room was very large and a very large bed. It was very Clean. The breakfast was very nice . I will probably stay at that location again

Suite was small, but nice. Nice location and easy to get in and out. Parking is free and convenient to suite! Had a wonderful trip and would stay again.

Very nice hotel and very comfortable bed. Large rooms and in great condition. It is my favorite hotel to stay at in the South Bay.

I was disappointed with the stay. We had to ask for a microwave to be brought to our room. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. There were no privacy sheer curtains and our room was right next to the parking lot. The breakfast is now continental, when it was a full breakfast in the past. I use to enjoy coming here, as it never really came off as a corporate hotel. That welcoming feeling is no longer at this hotel.

The rooms were large and clean. Location is about a mile walk to downtown Sunnyvale. Cleanliness was not great outside of the rooms. The elevator doors inside and out were terribly dirty as was the keypad inside. I didn’t want to touch anything in that elevator. Used my shirt sleeves. Worse yet, I advised two different assistants behind the desk that the doors were unpleasantly dirty and neither took the initiative to have them cleaned. Found that so curious. In any event, in spite of the lack of response and cleanliness in the elevator I would likely stay there again due to price, location and the room.

It USed to have hot brerakfast but no longer. The room control for the air condicitionad/heating no longer works.

Terrible. The vent/fan was running all the time and it was loud like a jet engine. The room was dark. There was more lighting in the bathroom then in the room. There was garbage on the carpet close to the mattress box.

We stayed at a villa room. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bedroom had a good amount of storage options. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove two with two burners, a toaster coffee maker and dishwasher but I only used the refrigerator which was clean. All the cushions on the seats and on the sofa were super dirty with numerous stains. We asked for a different room but the new room was not much better than the original one. The carpet in front of the fireplace had many dark stains. The continental breakfast was by far the worst I had ever had. Even though the breakfast was included in the price we had to find a place to eat breakfast on the second day of our stay. Parking was free but not convenient.

The hotel was nice, but simple amenities such as water in the room would have been appreciated. There were no hand or face towels or a towel to put on the floor outside of the shower so a few more towels in the room would have been nice.

I have been staying here for four years. And it has progressively gone downhill. Four years ago I had towels every morning replaced and a hot breakfast. I even once had an omelette made for me. This day I was lucky if I could get towels every day. Every day I would have to go to the front desk and request, never did I get a hand towel or a washcloth. It was only large towels and occasionally a bathmat. The food change is the worst. No longer do they have hot food unless you make oatmeal. No longer are there eggs or sausage or bacon or potatoes. I’m now even noticing graffiti in the elevator. The grounds are still beautiful, but that’s where it stops. I will no longer be returning to this location as there are better options for the same price.

We stayed in the new building and it was quiet, had clean laminate floors, and was a great place to stay. One issue: Only one washcloth that needed a good bleaching. The breakfast was minimal however the selection were good quality.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. When I got to my room the first thing I see before entering the room is a door that was so disgusting! There was like a spill all over the door that could have been cleaned. After entering the room there was a bug on the bed and the restroom was gross. The shower had not been cleaned and the countertop had slimmy brown stuff on it.

This hotel worked well for our family to stay at for a sports tournament. The location was convenient to our events, and I had read reviews to know to bring my own extra towels, pillows, and extra breakfast items. We had some of the odd issues other reviewers mention - not enough towels, missing paper towels, missing a pillow, ran out of coffee at breakfast, room skipped cleaning - but each issue was fixed within the day when I brought them to the attention of the front desk, so I was grateful for that. Overall it felt like there was not enough staff to keep everything running as smoothly and thoroughly as ideal but the staff they did have made a great effort to help guests have a nice stay. Pros: Attentive front desk staff, good location, rooms for families Cons: had to request for towels/room cleaning/coffee refill, pool area that wasn’t cleaned up regularly and no working hot tub.

Stayed here for three nights with family. My son excited about pool but during my stay the pool is out of service. Breakfast is very bad. My room AC was making noise and I asked for a room change. Day receptionist said they will fix the AC but it neither got fixed nor I received a room change. Here rooms are very spacious and clean. This facility meant for 4 Stars but I am giving 1 for their service.

WE WERE UBABLE TO SLEEP THE WHOLE NIGHT, THE AC WAS BROKEN , LOT OF LOUD FAN NOISE AND IT WAS MAJOR DISTURBANCE

This could be a great place to stay but it is showing its age. Staff was nice but not helpful…happy hour good only beer and wine even though it says cocktails…but again staff not helpful…pool was very small…I do have to say the rooms were very large but I was disappointed no microwave wave in room…I don’t think I would come back to this hotel

It was a nice week, and we would stay there again. But bring your own washcloths - they do not have any. Not sure why they provide bath gel in the shower but no way to apply it. Breakfasts were okay except they often ran out of things. Room was clean and comfortable and pretty quiet.
