I’ve stated this hotel now a few times because we both work in that area and it’s easy to get too easy to travel from and the last couple of times we have stayed the spa. Jacuzzi doesn’t work and we left it running for quite some time to see if it would heat up wasn’t even warm. Also, the cleanliness of the Jacuzzi is sadly lacking. It’s very scrungy needs cleaning to use a wordThe steam room is so full of steam. You can’t breathe and there is no light at all in the sauna room.
The rooms are very accommodating and quite large. We enjoy the large screen TV but we stayed because we wanted to enjoy the Jacuzzi and that’s not been available to us for a couple weeks now.

Friendly staff, quick check-in. The room is clean but a bit dated. Bed is nice though. Bathroom is clean but door cannot be closed completely or locked. Overall a nice overnight stay for a road trip as the location is convenient.

We were traveling through and our normal hotel was booked. I chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and had low expectations. The rooms were big and comfy, the bed was good (not amazing but not lumpy), the rooms were clean, and the breakie was good. Nice staff. And a good Mexican restaurant across the street. This will be my new stop in Lathrop.

Very comfortable with a great Mexican restaurant across the street that’s open late. Great breakfast with lots of options.
It was slightly strange that they take dogs but don’t have a doggie are or baggies.

breakfast menu appreciatedbut same every day.Some folks stay at breakfast hotel for business at least would appreciate variety of breakfast: breakfast here was same scrambled eggs with malodor and pork sausages,not all eat pork sausages.

We really like the convenience right off the freeway. And the rooms are very nice. Beds are super comfy, and the staff is very nice. Also, they have a hot breakfast. Usually it's scrambled, eggs and sausage. And make your own waffles

Hotel is readily accessible from I-5. Beds very comfortable. Area very quiet with several dining options close by. Only suggestion would be some updating to room, especially bathroom area. Happy that this hotel is pet friendly

The property have bugs i went to tell the front desk and all they did was change rooms . I called to be compensated but the. Was told I didn’t tell the staff, I have photos of the bugs as well.

Staff was friendly. Room was overall comfortable. It got warm in the night and the air conditioning wouldn’t kick off. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles. The hot tub was lukewarm, the sauna was barely warm and the steam room had and odd smell. Kids didn’t seem to mind and had a good time.

We always have a great time when we stay Here. Enjoy the half indoor half, outdoor hot tub. And the breakfast is very nice. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. And the staff is always nice.

Uber got us around the first few days...here to see a grandson play bball for Stockton Kings. Ended up renting a car...very cheap. We are within walking distance of a Walgreens and a little shopping mall but no real restaurants that appeal to us. Breakfast is included but after that, you have to go to Stockton. We are trying a Peruvian restaurant here though. no review of that.

The rooms are extremely nice. Very modern furniture and bedding. Updated decor. Breakfast was great. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool/hot tub, but they looked very clean. Stayed 3 nights.

The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. We ended not staying the full time because of how dirty the room was, the shower plumbing was a mess, the outlets didn’t work, etc.. But I was very appreciative of the staff and their willingness to work with me and my dissatisfaction.

Close to the freeway. Parking spaces are narrow and tight. Some guests were smoking inside the building, it smelled like weed There was a puddle of fluid in the elevator floor, it might be dog urine. Breakfast was below average, did not even have potatoes.

The property is not located without walking distance of eating places that we would be interested in. The room was great, comfortable bed, quiet, very nice breakfast.
