This hotel, it doesn’t even qualify as that, needs to be shut down. This place is horrible and sketchy at best. Our check in was ok, however, not truthful. Told us our rooms and parking lot were secure, uh no! After we got to our rooms which were filthy and gross we checked the beds and found all kinds of bugs and decided to leave! Asked about getting our money back, but since we booked through Expedia he could not reimburse us for anything. It’s too bad that when you book through your company you don’t stand behind issues of this magnitude!!!

My only complaint is the carpet in the room was really sticky, something must have been split on the floor.

Rooms were clean but had stains on hideabed. They offered to clean the next day but we said after we go would be better. They provided a cover so that solved that. Staff was excellent. JAMIE in the breakfast dining area was fabulous. She works mon-Fri. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful felt happy and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are in dire need of an upgrade. Beds are super small and uncomfortable. Tub didn't drain properly. No hooks to hang towels. No outlets to charge devices. There were ants in our room. Window was extremely dirty inside and out. Continental breakfast was amazing and was definitely a plus.

Stayed here many years and are sorry that the rooms are not cleaned during our stay. We had placed a card on the door to have our room made up but was not done. Had to go to desk late in the day to get towels and coffee.

Good hotel. Great service. Some things in the rooms can be improved. Eg. The washroom faucet on full blast will overflow water to the floor. But this is a good hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Parking easy and convenient.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel! The property itself was a little dingy and needs updating. Staff were pleasant. Our room was not cleaned second day. I asked at the desk when it would be cleaned late afternoon and was told they only had one person to clean so it probably wouldn’t get done!! I said I could make the beds but we needed clean towels, they begrudgingly said towels would be put in the room which did happen finally around 5 pm! I feel bad for giving this place a low rating but I expect a bit of service in the way of having a room cleaned!! Not ok to not!!!

The hotel was surrounded with homeless people that made us feel unsafe. We Didn’t have a key for our room the whole time as the lock wouldn’t work so we had to ask management to open our room every time we wanted to get into the room.

The toilet had some stains, and when I requested more facial cloths, they informed me that they had none available until the morning shift. Additionally, the bathtub showed signs of mold in the corner. Upon entering the premises, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The bedroom itself was immaculate. Overall, my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The main downside for me was the bathroom, as everything else about the stay was excellent.

“Leather” headboard peeling off. Unknown ‘goop’ on night stand. Potential blood stain on sheets. Couldn’t stay.
