Stayed at the Leonardo at Heathrow due to an early international flight the following day. Hotel was comfortable, clean, staff were helpful and dinner in the restaurant was reasonable. I had to be at the airport earlier than the Hoppa shuttle started, so the hotel arranged for a taxi, which was waiting for me as arranged in the morning.

We only stayed here one night as we were flying home from LHR in the morning. Conveniently located across from the airport, as well as being close enough to central London for a quick visit, I would highly recommend. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.

We've stayed at this hotel years ago and nothing has changed, still a fabulous stay with friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Definately will reccomend to my clients and will stay again!

The hotel is close to Heathrow Terminal 2 & 3. Very close to the airport. The room was nice. I didn’t get what I reserved - king bed with a double. The room I got was a queen bed only no extra bed. The bed was comfy but the rooms are definitely not sound proof whatsoever. My first night there was a family gathering around my room area and it was past 2230 and you heard the entire conversation and kids playing. I kindly ask them to go downstairs to continue their gathering in the lobby room since I was trying to get some sleep. Other than the room not being sound proof, everything was great, from the cleanliness and staff giving excellent service. Did not get the breakfast so I couldn't comment on the breakfast buffet. The location is far from everything so you would have to take the bus/train but really easy to use if you don't want to call a taxi.

The room was quite adequate for our purposes; overnight. Near Heathrow, but nothing else. Needed vitamin C. None to be had within 4 miles. Otherwise, it was fine. Breakfast was good.

It was good. We were just annoyed by the pressure to buy a transfer to the airport when there was a bus stop just outside. What was great was the small Portuguese cafe/restaurant/deli round the corner.

A basic but comfortable for an overnight stay in between my flights at Heathrow. Room was clean overall. Basic amenities. Restaurant is pretty decent.

For myself, the staff was simply great! I found the hotel and room clean.

Booked a king bed online got to the hotel and ended up with a disabled room and a queen bed it was comfortable but not what I booked. I should have read the small print. Reception Wanted £20 to upgrade to what I booked...a bit sneaky I thought.

I was only here for one night, but my bed was very comfortable, my room was clean and roomy. The food at the restaurant was great! Will come back.

We booked this stay as a way to make our early Heathrow flight a bit easier. We arrived at 9 pm and were checked in quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We unfortunately didn't have time to check out any of the hotel's amenities, but it looked like they had a great bar in the lobby. Note that the airport shuttle available is run by another entity and costs 6.90 pp.

Ideal for one night stay close to Heathrow

This was our second stay at the Leonardo and both times have been great. It is the perfect overnight stop when flying in or out of Heathrow. The breakfast is a great buffet, dinner in the restaurant was lovely and the bed was very comfortable and not too hot as many Uk beds are.

Good location, good service

The staff at the hotel were amazing, unfortunately I booked the hotel last minute because my flight was delayed and accidentally booked a non refundable room for for 2025 because the app I used defaulted to that date without me realising. I had to rebook and pay for the night of my stay. However, the hotel is refusing to refund despite the fact the booking is 12 months away and it was mistakenly booked for about 30 minutes before cancellation. It’s not like they won’t fill it in 12 months time. So despite the great staff it just leaves a bad taste. It’s not like I booked and changed my travel plans it was a mistake and I still stayed at the hotel. They need to review their booking policy. No refund if cancelled within a few weeks would suffice but 12 months that’s just ridiculous

Short stay , very convenient and comfortable. Front reception was knowledgeable and helpful with our bus and train commutes to and from the hotel . We ate dinner in the restraunt and it was great . Everyone is friendly and we loved the room vibe and cleanliness .

Nice inexpensive well kept hotel. Easy to reach by bus. Rooms are nice and can have runway view. Highly recommendable.

Very near the airport but true to their word Hotel so sound insulated we could only hear a very very faint noise of aircraft if we really tried. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Front desk was unfriendly. I felt like I was bothering them. I needed help with the adapter and someone came to the room. That was nice. Hard to find the hairdryer. No bottled water was in the room for the kettle. It had packets of instant coffee. The pictures led me to believe their was a nespresso in the room.

This is a good hotel for the price when looking for a place to stay near the airport. I really enjoyed the convenience of transportation to the airport and the food at the bar was good. Also, it has a spa and was able to schedule a last minute massage. Would definitely stay again.
