Front desk staff especially at check in were incredibly nice

Great hotel, close to the highway, very clean and well priced.

The room was not clean. There was a layer of grease and dust on the ceiling fan. The property itself was not that great. A big empty field in front with gravel. Was warned to not park in back due to vagrants around the area.

The hotel a little bit outdated but the staff especially the manager was so nice. They did everything they can to make us comfortable.

The bed was not comfortable

Staff and service were great, hide-a bed was broken and it wasn’t clear that it was a single hide a bed so it was expected that 3 of the guests slept in the king size bed as we were a party of 4. Just wish that was clarified in the description of the room before we checked in or we would have went with a double queen room.

We stayed one night as we passed through. Overall great property. The individual who checked us in was super polite and knowledgeable. The room was a bit dated. We had our dog with us for the stay, therefore we were out in a pet friendly room. It did have a strong smell of dog, but nothing major. Maybe a carpet shampoo is needed. Even better swap out the carpet for laminate flooring. It won’t hold the smell. Would I stay here again, yes most likely.

Everything was great except the air conditioner could not cool the room down completely.

This hotel had no air conditioning and it was over 30 degrees.

This is not a cheap hotel and for the price I paid, theres certain expectations I would have. One being working toilets and light fixtures. Upon arrival you can tell the hotel is a bit dated, which is normally not a problem. I had multiple issues with my hotel card not working with the elevator and stairs. The toilet would drip for almost an hour after every flush and it was very annoying. The lights also flickered and made a very high pitched ringing noise. The AC barely kept the room cold The rooms are dated but fairly clean. The real issue came our second night, due to the fair, there was a large influx of people staying at the hotel. There were large groups of children running up and down our hallway knocking on our doors. We could hear yelling all night long. I have never been in a noiser hotel. Between the subpare AC and loud hallways, we didnt sleep at all. When we went to complain, staff had there hands full with other hotel residents complaining as well as groups of children yelling in the foyer. I would have expected better for $161 per night.

The room had a nice comfortable bed with nice linens. The furniture was fine, nothing fancy. Dated. The air conditioner did not blow cold air so we didn’t sleep well as the room was uncomfortably hot all night. The bathroom was such a disappointment. The tub caulking was coming apart, the tub tap was coming out of the wall. The shower switch didn’t work and was stuck on the shower only setting so taking a bath wasn’t an option. There was one wash cloth for two people and one towel each. I feel this room fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Sandman properties and definitely was not at par for the price point of $139.00.

Nice girl at check in heard me ask my wife if she booked a king or two queens. She put us in a king.

I of course had a difficult reservation and the ladies up front were so patient and respectful and professional to boot! I will be staying here again!

Liked it was located close to the shopping mall and casino.

One night stay - fast and easy check-in and room was well suited for what was required. Took advantage of nearby restaurant for breakfast.

It was a very clean and quiet hotel. We had a late check in (11 p.m.) and the front desk had several late check ins besides us. The front desk girl was professional polite and very apologetic for making us wait while she handled a lot of other guests checking in. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very accommodating on our check in - switched rooms as our room wasn’t quite ready. Our room was nice and comfortable

The room is outdated, no air conditioning, the bathroom was disgusting. When asked how my stay was I said not great I was compensated with a $10 Denny’s gift card. I paid $241 for two nights! I won’t be back and wouldn’t suggest staying here to anyone.

Tough to check in and out. Limited staff. Great staff though
