The bed was infested with bugs and when I was offered another room it was discovered that the second room had bugs too forcing me to leave in the early hours of the morning.

Room was quite nice. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and responded quickly when we a TV issue. Excellent stay. Highly recommend this hotel and amazing staff

Staff were very friendly. Pleasure to stay at the hotel but some of the maintenance was lacking in my room. Loose toilet paper holder, towel rack etc.

Rooms were dirty, stained sheets, plumbing fixtures were loose and leaking. It was fine for a night bit I won’t be going back

The property needs some TLC but I guess Reno’s are starting in the next few weeks. So it was what we excepted. No complaints. Great location and lots of parking.

Decent hotel for a quick stay. Nothing spectacular here, but clean comfortable rooms. I would stay here again - especially for the price which was very reasonable for the property.

Amazing staff! Very accommodating and friendly. Both Holly and Julia took good care of us. Will be coming back on next trips!

The front desk staff were not very attentive and had guests waiting while they were on the phone etc without eye contact or a word.
I had my hands full off bags and trying to keep my autistic child calm while we stood there waiting

We liked the size of the room with kitchenette but not the aircon unit. Very loud and did not cool. We had to transfer to another room. They gave us a voucher to use at Moxies.Staffs were accommodating and friendly. At the time of our visit, the shower in the pool area was not working, broken handle it seems it was defective for a while already.

The property itself was not that great. A big empty field in front with gravel. Was warned to not park in back due to vagrants around the area.

Staff and service were great, hide-a bed was broken and it wasn’t clear that it was a single hide a bed so it was expected that 3 of the guests slept in the king size bed as we were a party of 4. Just wish that was clarified in the description of the room before we checked in or we would have went with a double queen room.

We stayed one night as we passed through. Overall great property. The individual who checked us in was super polite and knowledgeable. The room was a bit dated. We had our dog with us for the stay, therefore we were out in a pet friendly room. It did have a strong smell of dog, but nothing major. Maybe a carpet shampoo is needed. Even better swap out the carpet for laminate flooring. It won’t hold the smell.
Would I stay here again, yes most likely.
