An excellent hotel, close to the city centre. Excellent, friendly but very professional staff, from the cleaner, waiters and front of house staff. Comfy large rooms with windows that open, Breakfast, excellent choice of hot and cold dishes to meet all tastes. Will return.

Lovely modern hotel with super friendly staff, nice rooftop pool and daytime/early evening snack bar. Room was excellent and location fantastic. Great hotel.

We arrived mid afternoon and my wife popped in to check the parking instruction while I waited outside. We dropped the bags off and drove two minutes away to the underground car park. We dealt with Rafael who welcomed us a VIP guest this comprised an upgraded room, complimentary breakfast for our stay with snacks, drinks voucher and airPods together with a late checkout. The room was great it was on the front of the sixth floor, we also had a mini balcony. The bathroom was spotless with a lovely walk-in rainforest shower and a vast array of toiletries. The rooftop pool and terrace was great with fab views. Breakfast had everything you could wish from cold meats, cheese, hams, hot food etc. The hotel is in a fab location, everything seemed on our doorstop. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Rafael and all your team you really made us feel welcome 👏👏👏

Staff was really helpful and the place was impeccable!

Lovely location, rooms were very modern and clean. However, we were told there was construction going on the first and second floor that would start at 9 but would be very quiet. The construction actually began at 7:30, which woke me up, and then got very loud at 9. I wish the staff were more forthcoming and I was frustrated by the noise as I was exhausted after a day of travelling.

The staff is super nice!

This hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There was always fresh water and light snack available and the city of Seville is a gem! We wish we could have stayed longer! The only feedback I would give is that we were provided with a restaurant recommendation in our first night that was terrible. We travelled for 2 weeks in Europe and this was our only bad meal. (Poor service and food). I would suggest that the hotel carefully screen their recommendations.

Nice hotel

Nice clean rooms, not too small either. Downstairs looks a little dated comparatively, but the rooms and pool/bar area are great.

Carol the receptionist who checked us in eas extremely polite and professional. The entite staff was always happy to greet you. In fact, we stayed here o. Mothers bday (they must have seen it was her bday when we checked in using our passprts). The next morning, when we checked out on her bday, thsy had a small surprise gift for her. Small gesture but went a long way. Would 1000% book again plus hotel was clean and confortable. No complaints

Details about parking should be made clearer as the hotel is on a busy street and parking was not easy to navigate until we got into the hotel and they told us where the lot was nearby. This is the only constructive feedback. Everything else was top tier. Would highly recommend d. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. Staff very courteous and inviting.

Fabulous hotel - very convenient for Seville old town, shopping and all the tourist sites. We particularly loved the breakfast (so much choice and really lovely food) and the roof top pool and bar which was really refreshing after walking round Seville in the heat! Staff were lovely and helpful.

Our room was clean and had a surprising amount of shelves and closet space, which was convenient. The front desk service was very professional and the breakfast was excellent. Many fresh and healthy food choices.

The service at this hotel was just amazing. It felt like they had really thought about the needs of its customers and provided everything you could ask for. If I visit Seville again I will definitely be booking here.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance to main attractions and amenities. A taxi rank is set across the street with cars available throughout the day and night. The hotel adopts an eco friendly approach and the whole place is immaculately clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Will def be back. Hasta lá vista.

Room was lovely, bathroom especially good! booked deluxe with balcony- but no furniture.. so pointless! pool area was smaller than pics (perception) and a little cramped with slippy floors.. lovely poolside staff. breakfast is cheaper if booked at the hotel.. big ish selection. brilliant location!!! **major construction within the hotel** whilst we had minor compensation a breakfast and a few drinks, it doesn’t detract from the fact its big disturbance. no mention on hotels.com nor at check in.

Perfect for our trip

Well appointed, comfortable and quiet room.

Staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is good. Conveniently located. Most of the monuments are within 20 mins walking distance. Lots of restaurants around. Aircon works well but the fan doesn't circulate the cold air equally in the room. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend the hotel.

Pros: friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, great location. Cons: construction on floor beneath us so was noisy at times, parking is not on property, had to walk about 10 minutes to parking garage.

This was the best stay of our trip. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was great everything was walkable. I would definitely recommend to stay here and I hope to return myself.

This stunning hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and an air of old world class. The breakfast buffet is second to none - even includes mimosas, and the rooftop terrace with its spectacular views of the cathedral is absolutely amazing. We lived every second of our stay there and will definitely visit again. It is walkable to Triana, amazing shopping, and historic sights. So beautiful. Can't emphasize enough how much we loved it.
