Had two rooms in one room the AC wasn’t working with 115 degrees outside told them on Saturday afternoon wasn’t fixed until Sunday night after I had to tell them again. My other room had an infestation of BED BUGS. And I’ll just leave it at that. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!

The air conditioner was not working had to sleep in the hot room i told the front desk it not working at all they did not listen to me

Hotel rooms were full of graffiti and furniture old

Older Lady server in the restaurant provided horrible service. She should not be working in the service industry. Beyond that all went well. Thank you

Very dissatisfied because that day there was a fire and the fire alarms never went on, on the 6th floor. After that there was no water. We had to leave the hotel a day early and no one asked us why we were leaving early. Very bad for the company.

Air conditioning was not working and there was no action until 2 hours later or more. Front desk was very unpleasant, not willing to help or offer any accommodations.

Arrived at the property, walked up to reception and wasn’t even greeted by the gentlemen behind the counter. Booked 2 rooms one for me and one for my cousin, took elevators up to 3rd floor “KEYS DIDNT WORK” they wouldn’t unlock any doors at all. Had to go back down and have them redo the keys again. Finally he got it right and I was back on my way to 3rd floor to finally get some rest. As I unlocked my cousins room and walk in the smell of sewer and just straight poop smell hit us. He proceeded to spray the room down with cologne and I left to check my room. My room was good and had no funky smell but AC was struggling to keep the room cold at 23c. Went out and came back later that night around 1am to sleep or so I’d hope. Was waken up around 4am by our next door neighbors who were of the same sex (males), having loud moaning noises, grunting and hearing them talk for the next 2 hours very adult x rated stuff. Eventually had to call security since the people across from them had kids and they yelled at them to please keep it down since they were being so obnoxious about having sex so loudly. Anyways managed to go back to sleep about 5am woke up to my alarm at 10am started to get ready and brush my teeth when the power went out at 10:30am. Called the office and they had power issues also while washing my teeth the whole sink filled with water and wouldn’t drain good. Good luck staying here and I hope you have a better experience than I did. I sure won’t be coming back here.

Rooms were not very clean.

Was ok at first then power went out and staff was rude when asked pretty much I was not important most floors had power but not mine or water had to leave to get another room to get ready for a funeral .

Love this place. Just this time I had some trouble with water leaking by the dining rooftop

We were on the second floor near the street you can hear everything from the cars passing by. Police sirens, trains at 4:50 am blasting his horn do not recommend, at least on the side of hotel.

IT was a good Hotel. We had to move rooms because the bed sheets/ blankets were really humid/wet and it was really late and night had to wake up the kids & baby and that sucked other than that if was fine

Very bad experience, the air conditioning in the entire hotel did not work and Mexicali is a very hot city, the service was also terrible.

Not amazing but decent overall for the area and price. Air conditioning in our rooms was mediocre, expected better especially given the geographic location of this hotel.
