Group booking for 3 rooms, each room had different issues. Two rooms had a very noisy heating system and the temperature was either very cold or very warm (the outdoor cold would come in when the system stop heating). One room smelled of sewage and the smoke detector was visibly dirty. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in two of the bathrooms. Common areas smelled musty with an outdated look and the pool was gross.

This place is in dire need of an update
Very 1980s/90s. Front desk staff were great. Some housekeeping staff could not even speak English which is fine but some didn’t have basic comprehension skllls. Restaurant was clean and music was fun

Loved it was right off the highway. Staff were super helpful & polite. Price was perfect. However rooms could be a little cleaner. Bathroom toilet down around the bottom & neck of the toilet had some questionable brown stuff.

Comfortable hotel. Sufficient for a one night stay. Came home late at night and there was no more parking spots. The staff member at front desk seemed really confused when I asked for other places to park, and the other staff member who was at the desk didn’t offer to help in the matter.
In the morning there was an undesirable smell coming from the shower drain.
Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Restaurant looks nice, staff were friendly, hotel rooms are feeling a bit old. Pool is pretty bad, they should just get rid of it and make something nicer in there or renovate it.

This was not a good stay from the time we checked in. The young man who checked us in was very rude from the onset of our stay. The elevators were absolutely horrific. Not only were they slow, my wife and 3 year old got stuck for far too long in an incredibly hot elevator. They were very scared and now my daughter is still scared of any elevators at all. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Over rated and over priced. Very old hotel that smells humidity and mold. Their fitness center is small, under equipped and smells. When we saw the room we wanted to leave, but the person at the reception offered to move us to a renovated floor. It was better but not great. We found hair and stains in the sheets... so we asked to replace them. Towels were dirty with makeup. The bathroom is for one person only, no bigger than the shower to give you an idea. We will definitely not go there again.

Smooth Chek in and check-out. The room we stayed in was clean and they did replace new towels and took-out the trash everyday. The only thing I didn’t like is that the beds were not comfortable.

Stayed here 2 times in a week. Front desk staff are hilarious while also very professional. Next time I’m in QC I will definitely stay here again. Very easy parking even for large vehicles with trailers.

Air-condition not good in room even not a bottle of water

Although the room was on the cheaper end for our one night stay, it was hard to get past the musty odour in the building and feel like the discounted price was worthwhile. You can tell they are doing renovations to update the building. We stayed on the 5th floor, where it seems they may not have gotten to completing yet. The pool seemed uninviting and run down so we didn’t let our kids swim. Basically it’s old. If you’re willing to look past all this for an inexpensive stay than this might be for you. I wouldn’t stay here again but wish the hotel the best in all their updating.

As usual with Travelodge, it wS a great stay. I would only mention that perhaps they should have another person helping at the bar in the evening. It took me a good 30 minutes to be served.
