Excellent hotel, very good infraestructure, the beach is very calm as long as the sea, the waterpark is great for the kids.

The property charges different if you sign with the VIP section, more money in addition to your reservation per day, you’ll get more perks; I’m Hilton Honors, and I didn’t receive any different special treatment, on the contrary, even to be access the business center, you need to be VIP, otherwise concierge has to print it for you, if you want a nice bottle of wine, you have to pay it. I don’t think it’s fair all these fees, in top of your reservation in an all inclusive resort

We stayed on the Enclave side not realizing that i had booked it. Staff was super attentive & there to help at wym. Enclave bar Emilia, Carmen, Ignasia, Maria all made my kids stay & any wants possible. Felt like we were staying with family

Perfect until the bellman give us a hart time ( NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE BELL STAFF ) The bellman and a security stop us two times thinking that we didn’t paid the hotel-HILTON GET A BETTER C/O SYSTEM.

The hotel is nice but they waste your time with a timeshare like scheme. After wasting your time they said that they would give you a credit for $200, but then magically the paperwork gets lost when you are checking out and there is no credit. They also are all inclusive but constantly are trying to upsell you. The staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are okay.

Location is good. Most of the hotel staff aren't that friendly at all. One of my family member got food poisoning. During check out, we asked staff to take our luggage from our room to lobby. They came after 30 mins of our call, we ended up carrying our luggage our selves. Not a great service at all, didn't expect from a brand like Hilton.

The food was so incredibly horrible. Three times we ordered room service, the pasta had spoiled meat, the cream cheese was spoiled and the avocado was overripe.
The food otherwise was bland. The buffet was dirty, the surrounding areas of it- the fruit had fruit flies literally everywhere and being served to people from behind a glass window. Even fries were terrible. Food was limited and couldn’t be pool side - which if you have little ones- you’re really forced to pack up everything to go get food (have to be dressed to go in).
The room was also dirty- had fruit flies and when we asked for the trash they said it was too late and would do it next day despite telling them there were fruit flies everywhere.
The beds smelled like mildew and when asked to change the pillows, they said sure and never did.
Overall not a great experience- although all inclusive - just felt burdensome to get anything.
The day care is for kids 4 years , anything less- a parent has to be present.
We also book a partial ocean view, and we could barely see any of th ocean. Disappointing to say the least, especially for a Hilton brand hotel.
The lobby we had to avoid because of the sales people who constantly tried to get you to sign up for an information session-

The property is absolutely beautiful it is kept very clean the downside is if you do not upgrade your food options are very minimal. I would also have to say compared to Cancun the service is very slow especially at dinner time. If you have children or you like water parks in general theirs is great. I also loved the beach it was like bath water very beautiful and relaxing. Eating the buffet everyday is annoying and you get tiered of it quickly. Coffee shop was a nice touch also pizza by family pool was great and fresh. Bathrooms smelled amazing. Had a issue at waterpark for two days was advised there blender didnt work or there was no fruit or no ice but buffet had all of these suppliesd.. in Cancun if that happens they send a worker to another restaurant to get the supplies needed . we as customers pay a lot of money and there shouldn't be any excuse because theres no ice or no bananas at the moment. The blender did work becsuse pina coladas were still being made fir kids. We avised concerige however never recieved anything feedback from it. The grill was orobobly best dinner i had there buffet for breakfast only.

We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!!

The only think i like was the food and the staffs they took care me and family very well very polite .. now the bad thing i didnt like about this hotel kids pool it seen it wasent clean enough my granddaughter got infected with something in the water she was getting alot lumps in her body and the next they it was our trip home had take to the hospital they told us she has virus from pool My other concerns is our room bed sheets wasent clean everyday come change but it look dirty waent clean same sheet they change it so i was very disappointed with this hotel to much money less service i will give them 3 star

Better resorts out there for the same money or less. The resort is modern and well built, but the WiFi is poor in the rooms, terrible in the pool and non-existent in the beach. The food was average. The real issue is the service, or the lack of it. One hour late to give us a room, then they lost out luggage for a further hour. Pool was practically closing by the time we could get out of the room. Only got an apology after writing to expedia

The only concern is availability of sun umbrellas in family section of the beach. 10 umbrellas per entire beach is no way enough!!!

The resort surpassed its pictures! Everything was beautiful and clean and the views were incredible. The waterpark was a huge hit with everyone in the family. There were great options for excursions. People were friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience, I paid for this stay via Expedia - so it was pre paid reservation. I was charge again for the room at the checking and as I was waiting for refund they charge me again for this stay.
Also, the room type that I booked they overbooked so for first night I was staying in different room, worst than what I booked. This has been worst experience ever.

Everything was perfect except the bathroom sliding door came off its hinges and almost fell on me. Beach was fantastic! Staff were very friendly. I wish some of the restaurants on the adult side were open to teenagers, especially the Japanese. Our kids were getting tired of the restaurants in the family section.

A wonderful property. Everything about it is 5-star, except the food which I give 5-stars for variety, but 4-stars for quality. But then, they are running 6-8 different restaurants, so it’s understandable. The staff are all wonderful - helpful and friendly. I can’t imagine why any family would take a cruise when this beautiful place is available with more and better entertainment options.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the beach, but could not walk far along due to it being partitioned off for the adults only side. We traveled with our young children. There was no seaweed in the water, and the surf was very calm. We also were not able to go into half of the all inclusive advertised restaurants due to them being in the adults only side. The worst part our trip was The Playa Collection salespeople hounding you every time you walk through the lobby. Avoid them at all costs! The hotel should really get rid of them! Very annoying! That really made the beautiful lobby less enjoyable. The food here was very good compared to other all inclusive resorts we have been to. The staff serves everything, so there is no cross contamination from other visitors. Very infection control friendly and clean! The water park was well kept and clean. The room was nothing special. Kind of on the small side for a resort, but it was kept clean and the air conditioning worked well. We could smell garbage burning a couple of nights, which irritated my eyes and throat. Would not be good for persons with respiratory issues.

The front desk personal seemed rather indifferent to my questions (schedule of activities, nearby grocery stores, price I should expect to pay for fresh coconut water) and any information they gave seemed more geared towards getting rid of me than being helpful. The front desk personal (including assistant manager) failed to honor a $25 room credit at checkout that several other hotel employees told me should count for gift store purchases. The checkout staff claimed the credit can only be used for the spa but this contradicted what I was told by staff at the spa, gift shop, and front desk the previous day. It did not seem to matter to the checkout staff that I was told the credit was for any purchase made at the hotel. The Amount in question was not a whole lot ($25) but the indifference of the front desk staff and assistant manager to apply a $25 credit I was promised by several hotel employees I think shows that at the end of the day these guys don't really care a whole lot about customer service.

The property is extremely well maintained. The beach is gorgeous with calm waters. We really loved the coffee shop in the lobby . Drinks were actually on a better side. Kids had fun at the kids club. The biggest disappointment for us given that it is Hilton was the food at the buffet. It lacked the variety and the taste was just blah. I mean, you wont stay hungry, but we have definitely seen better food options at other resorts. The resort has about 8 restaurants, we tried only Italian and French and it was simply mediocre. All in all we give it 4 starts because of the food.
