We stayed in a 2 queen bed-room for one night. I would have given a 5 star rating if the room was a bit larger. One of the beds was so close to the side wall I needed to scoot inch by inch to get in the bed.. We thought it was probably a single king room that was used as a queen room. Also, the only chair was a desk chair that was broken. It could be sat on but NOT lean back because the back was so loose it would just keep leaning backward so we propped it up against the bed. We didn't say anything about the chair till we were leaving. The person at the from desk thank us and said they would take care of it. Breakfast was good. Location was good . We didn't eat there but the hotel is across the parking lot from a Cracker Barrel.

Overall amazing overnight stay. Front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. Room was extremely clean.

The stay and location were ok. The bad part of the stay was trying to get some sleep but unfortunately my room must’ve had the main water drain running down the bathroom wall. Being on the first floor any time rooms in the four floors above would flush or shower. I would be woken up by the sounds off gushing sewer water. Not just a quick gush. Sometimes lasting up to a minute or more. Woke up just as tired as when I tried going to sleep.

Staff was friendly. Eager to assist. Parking was limited. I don't think i would have felt comfortable parking on the otherside of the building.

The staff at this hotel we're very friendly and professional but that was the only good thing about this day the elevator did not have air conditioned and smelled badly the rooms were not air conditioned and we're very humid and sticky. The mattresses were very worn and uncomfortable.

Arrived at 3:45pm, room wasn't ready, had to wait in lobby for 30 minutes. Room was a little warm, adjusted air to 60, after a couple hours it was a little cooler. In morning when we stepped into hall it was obvious that a/c in room wasn't working properly, I let the clerk know and asked that they have it fixed or move me to another room. I told him I'd be at hospital all day during my mom's surgery, when i returned at 6pm, I walked into room and it was cold! When I looked at panel it was different from the day before, they had replaced the unit.

The property was easy to find and check into. Loved how close it was to gas stations, food (cracker Barrel is right next-door). The room itself was clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable and overall, it was a fantastic stay. Will definitely stay here in the future. Great value.

The service people are very friendly and nice. We has a little bit Charlene to find the hotel and there is a few fly bugs around eating area and bathroom.

Service, housekeeping and breakfast were great. Breakfast was freshly made with plenty of selection. Room was well maintained and clean. Good location for our three day trip needs. The only negative we can give, is that the carpet in the room has begun to come apart at the individual panel seams, and is need of being replaced. But was clean. Will definitely stay again when back in town.
