Liked the breakfast, especially Biscuits and gravy. Left item in room and called them much later after we were miles down the road. They found it, put my name on it, and are holding it for me when I come back in several weeks.

You won’t find a friendlier staff anywhere! Room was very clean and everything worked. Within a reasonable walking distance to Wyoming Territorial Prison historic site.

We spent 3 nights there. Everyone was very nice, but one person stood out above all others. I think her name was Vicki, and she was very hard-working and accommodating. Always kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. She deserves a raise!

This property is old but well maintained. It was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s not a fancy place, but it is comfortable and pleasant with the basic necessities and a decent breakfast. The lack of an elevator could be challenging for some guests if a room isn’t available on the first floor. And it was over-priced for what it was, but that’s likely because of the event in town. Overall positive experience.

The staff was excellent, warm and welcoming. The room was clean and neat. It had a coffee maker and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was okay except that the sheetrock around the shower was falling apart, and the faucet and shower head were no longer attached inside the wall and moved around as you tried to use them. The sink also drained incredibly slowly, filling up very quickly.

The facility was clean and all amenities advertised were available. The breakfast that was offered was satisfying and had plenty of options. The staff is what makes this place five stars. They were very attentive and we were treated very well, especially by Vicki at the front desk.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was so extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in over the past few years. This hotel deserves a bonus for the employees. It also would be a site worthy of updates for paint and landscaping. I travel and lot and stay in many hotels in Wyoming, Colorado, and Montana. This one is now #1 in my book. Thank you.

I was impressed with the 3 Queen bed room! Very convenient for a family, plus 2 others. The room was clean and comfortable, it was a basic room (other than the 3 beds). Staff was very nice and accommodating. The beds were each made with 3 small half pillows, I requested 4 more pillows and they were delivered quickly. Breakfast was good, eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles plus basics like toast, yogurt, fruit & cereal.

Room had a very strong smell that did not dissipate the entire stay. It had an overwhelming teriyaki or bbq sauce smell in the room. Then at one point in the middle of the night woke up to a smell of something burning (like burning hair). The room was overpriced and not worth what was paid. The staff was really friendly and the best aspect of this stay.

Awesome staff night and day. Great pool and comfortable spacious room. Very family friendly. Great job being appropriately staffed in the morning. Everything was is at ease and encouraged us along a long trip.

This hotel is great. The rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. WiFi was running great. The employees were the best part of it. They treated us with much respect and were always so polite. We’re definitely coming back when we travel through Wyoming again.
