a/c didn’t cool the room; next to a busy road, no sound barrier you heard every noise from the road while in the room; pool was cloudy and green. The staff was great and very friendly.

Hotel was pretty average considering the small town Lufkin is. The breakfast was good quality, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The room we initially checked into needed some extra cleaning; but my family and I were situated into another room. The staff were excellent and attentive.

We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we got there, there wasn’t a hot tub! I booked 2 queens and they gave us one king.

The hotel seemed much updated since my last stay several years ago. The king room was comfortable and clean. My little dog was welcome without question. Snacks are available for purchase. Breakfast and coffee are available in the AM. .

Second stay when visiting Lufkin Tx . Cleanest hotel I have stayed in Lufkin Tx. Easy check in and easy check out process . Nice breakfast and was given water upon check in. Also has a nice gym enjoyed my stay.

So I rent an handicap accessible room and what they considered accessible is very far off the standards of an accessible room. The shower floor was so slick I couldn’t stand in it, and as far as being a roll in shower I guess you could once you got over the 2 inch lip, but then you would have had to lift the chair up to get past the toilet.very disappointed in what I got versus what I paid for.

I reserved a suite with a king size bed. I received a room with 2 beds. I questioned it and was told that hotel.com had changed my reservation. The internet link never appeared on my computer. The room was adequate, but way overpriced.

Check in was great, the guy at the front desk (I forget the name, started with J) was a sweetheart (offered hot water for my tea because it wasn’t boiling hot)

Not a luxury hotel inspite of price. Not a comfortable chair anywhere but the bed was nice. Very complete breakfast buffet, guest laundry, and exercise room. Not a fan of their TV offering as the cable service did not have a guide so you need to flip through all 100 channels to see what is showing. So, nothing fancy but friendly staff, clean facilities, and most desired services.

Check-in was an hour wait after I was told 15-20 minutes. Then they said the room was ready but had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get my keys. Then, there was no cart available for me to haul my belongings to my room (another 15 minute wait).
The lady that prepared breakfast in the morning was the bright spot. She always spoke, everything was clean and well prepared.
On a very noisy highway and was hard to get a good nights sleep - a lot of truck traffic using jake brakes.
