Non smoking room smelled like tobacco smoke. Door latch was broken, did not seal the door.

Cost and location

Our bathtub wouldn’t drain. We were there 2 nights and asked front desk to fix more then once and nothing was done.

The room had flies in it and it the walls were super dirty smelled like urine outside the door

The location was fine and had easy access. It provided a comfortable bed and a shower. Parking is close to the room.

The carpet was torn. The bathroom needs a complete remodel: the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the walls had cracks and sloppy patch jobs, and the shower only has one temperature (hot) no matter how you adjust the handle.

For my needs the location was good and the room amenities were good for the price. Close to fast food and other restaurants and shopping. Room had a king size bed and a sleeper sofa.

Cold water supply line under the sink was dripping. Enough to make the carpet wet by the sink. Smoke detector had been removed! Bathtub drain was completely clogged. Only 1 bath towel was supplied, I needed more to put on the wet carpet from the leak.

No breakfast only coffee. Ceiling of bathroom was mildew and moldy making room stink.

The room was filthy, including the holes in the sheets. Hot water at the sink but no hot water in the shower as the tub filled faster than it drained.
