It was perfectly nice, and the views were excellent. It was not the highest end property, But we all had a good time. The staff were friendly and courteous, but not highly trained, particularly in the restaurant.

Great Service we loved it

Beautiful balcony ocean view room, super comfortable bed and pillows. The perfect quiet peaceful getaway outside of Boston. Pool was heated and jacuzzi was nice. The gym was great too! Amazing food spots nearby. Our favorite were Jake’s Restaurant and Toast! Would definitely stay there again!

Close to sisters place in Hingham Very Conveniently located

Beautiful beach hotel. Enjoyed the use of the pool until our room was ready. The location was perfect for out plans as it was close to Boston and surrounding towns for siteseeing and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights, my friend turned 44 & we wanted to be on the beach with a balcony view.. For the amount of money we paid for each nights stay, really wasn’t worth it, we had a great time but let me explain. We had no towels or face clothes in our bathroom.. The walk between the buildings ughh to get to the front desk. The next morning woke up to make coffee, the coffee machine was dirty, & the cream had expired fine.. We decided to take a ride to Cumberland Farms, the pool was closed when we tried to use it, & that same day our table in the room just collapsed on us so we ate our food in the bed. we called maintenance. He came up, said give him two hours. He would fix it and never heard anything back, the next day we get up to leave I watch somebody hit my car in the parking lot and drive off. The restaurant was good tho

Pretty beach. Good restaurants in walking distance. Not sure on the resort fees but would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel! Very quiet considering it was a Saturday night and there was a wedding at the hotel. Immaculate room and grounds and the bed was so comfortable. Suggestion to offer free coffee ( not the one in hotel room) especially since it is an expensive hotel.

Room appeared to be clean but the bathroom was certainly not. The whole property could use a refresh and a deep cleaning.

Pool and rooms are starting to be run down. Pool area people left towels all over and chair lift was rusty. People also smoking on deck made pool area smell.

Its a hotel on the beach and they don't provide beach towels. The bathrooms are a bit old and dirty. The elevator was not working. And I had to find a parking spot on the main road both nights as the parking lot was full and parking was included in the price of the room. Expensive for what you receive.

We were looking for a low-key, relaxing beach vacation and this exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a location to just rest and relax, this is it. (Although there are a few shops in the area, it's not loaded with a bunch of beachy souvenir shops, so if you're looking to shop everyday, you might have to travel a little bit.) The property is clean, inviting, with plenty of friendly staff. It is right off the beach, so we started each day with a walk along the water. Our room was large and very comfortable. It was also dry, unlike some other places I've stayed by a beach. The shower and water pressure were fantastic. The shower even had a separate detachable handle which made rinsing sand off our feet as we walked into the room very convenient and meant that we weren't tracking sand all around the room. The bed was super comfortable too. I also loved having a balcony that looked out at the ocean. The chairs on the balcony aren't super comfortable, so if you're looking to sit out there for a long time, then you might want to bring a comfortable folding chair. We also loved the pool and hot tub area that looks out onto the ocean. I am a wimp when it comes to cold pools, and this one was perfect. It was very refreshing, but not too chilly either. The pool towels were even thick and fluffy! There are a lot of great restaurants in the area-many within quick walking distance-and they are not too expensive. Overall, we had a great time and would not hesitate to come back.

Comfortable and accommodating

Great place, my husband and I loved the quick walk to the beach. Parking was a little tricky but not a huge deal. We will definitely be back.

This resort is my favorite place to take my friends to celebrate their birthday. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are large, it is close to everything, and staff is very welcoming.

We checked into our room...no facecloths provided...only 1 hand towel given. Had to call for them. Blanket on bed was not clean...had stains from i dont know what. Room did not smell fresh/clean.

We arrived right at check-in, 4p, to find out our room was not ready along with at least a dozen other guests who were all waiting in the lobby. We had a wedding to attend by 5:30p and needed to get into our room to change etc. We were not let into our room until 5:15p after basically harassing the front desk staff.

Close to the beach!

This is the place for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast lunch and dinner is all within walking distance. The parking lot is right across from the beach so you can leave your chairs cooler and umbrella in your car for easy assess

It was only a minute to the beach

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to bartender to the cleaning people everyone was very friendly at all times. Loved the decor of my room and found it to be very clean.

Place was ok, the “ocean view” rooms are pretty deceiving, you have to break your neck to get a view of the ocean, few things were different but not too crazy, can’t understand why the tv is way off centered to the bed, never seen that before usually tv is directly in front of the bed this was like 5 feet to one side which is kinda inconvenient but not a huge deal for me. The biggest thing was the price for the room with a view and the view wasn’t that great at all, also can hear everything in the rooms next to me! A solid 6/10!! Great location though for sure

When we checked they let us know we could not check and could not guarantee what time due to a water sewage problem in the town. They gave us the option to cancel without penalty. Luckily, we lived nearby. It would not have been ok for someone who traveled from afar for a beach vacation.

Good stay, the hotel is a bit dated but the view is amazing.

My stay was not so good unfortunately the town of Hull has issues with their water The resort did not inform us that we would not be able to shower brush our teeth or drink the water in the hotel room have to spending the whole day on the beach the only thing you want to do is go back to your room and take a shower to go out to dinner but we're unable to do any of that cuz we were unable to shower until the next morning and then it immediately went brown again

The water in the bathroom was brown. Besides that it was a nice hotel

Did not really need the amenities pool spot etc however great location with lots of good places to eat.
