We stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving so there was no housekeeping on Thanksgiving day which was great to see that they got it off. I do realize that it was a corporate idea to save money. Everywhere I saw was very clean at all hours. Our room was pretty much updated but could use a fan. It was a nice, clean, comfortable room.

We had a great stay. Room was very large, king bed was big and comfortable. Very clean, bathroom was good as well. We would definitely stay here again, as the price was great. The area was right in the middle of many amenities as well.

We came here from out of state for a famiĺy reunion with no idea about which hotel to pick but I am glad we chose super 8 for 2 nights, We had a very pleasant stay! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Our rooms were clean and everything was working. The beds are very comfortable. Extra praise to the hardworking housekeepers! If you stay here please leave them a nice tip! We will return whenever we visit kokomo again! Highly recommended!

The rooms are old and smell stale & musty. The window panes are old and defective from the room. The room is pretty dark not cheerful. The bed did sleep good and the shower was nice.

Owner gave a party on the premises it was loud and I couldn't get any sleep young people running through the hallway. Loud agruing all night it was 40 plus people outside partying.

Older property is in need of some modern updates. There isn’t an elevator. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very basic The only protein offered hard boiled eggs.
TV didn’t work the first night I was there but the staff got it working on the second day.

Would like to see a few updates, maybe chair height commodes and replace the vanity cabinets. Maybe a grab bar in the shower.

I was a little disappointed with the handling of my account. Online I was given an option to pay upfront or upon departure. After getting here I find out I was going to have to extend my stay, which we accomplished that extension on wednesday night in advance of the original dates signed for. When I returned on thursday night from my work, I find out I was locked out. I go downstairs and am being told I need to pay first, then re-register. Totally not what I expected. But, other than that I have been ok with the experience.

Went to take a shower we had no hot water. Slightly cold at best. The breakfast/dining area was so small no one could move in there. The batter for the waffles was so thin it didn’t even make a proper waffles it was basically air. The parking lot area was full of potholes

The woman at the front desk was really nice/polite, and got me my room quickly. The room was clean and just what my toddler and I needed for a quiet place to nap, and him visit his half sister in. We checked out after a couple hours due to living in another state and hubby having work in the am! Overall, I always go with super 8 it's affordable and I've always had good service.

Room was really outdated. I didn't expect much, but there were wholes in the bathroom walls, tub was not very clean, and when we opened the fridge - water from the tray spilled everywhere, making a carpet totally wet and after two days the room smelled bad. The lady came to check the fridge, changed the setting but didn't do anything about totally wet carpet. We had to walk on the wet floor for two days (lots of wet socks) and it was not a nice experience. Air conditioning was really loud, same with fan in the bathroom. I hoped for the room to be nicer.

I like the ease of check-in. It's an older hotel but they have done some updates. Breakfast has some good choices. Quiet and convenient to pretty much everything in Kokomo.
