Check in was great, the lobby was very clean and offered hot beverages 24/7. But when we arrived in our room there was a smell as if someone had gotten sick and the odor was not removed. They had a very nice breakfast.

My only complaint was the bed seems to have seen its glory days so much so that the mattress was sagging so much already that I had an aching back upon waking up.

Was very happy with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I also felt safe.

All the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and provided excellent service. Kudo's to the to ladies working there.
If I had any recommendations it would be to get better mattresses.

I took one star away because the room I stayed in was by the food prep room and at 4am I was woke up from banging noises. My arrival time at the hotel was around 11pm so I didn’t get very much sleep. I called the front desk to ask what all the noise was and I was told it was the kitchen. He says he would let them know to quiet down. It’s not a good place to have a room.

We travel frequently between the Northeast and Fl and this was one of our best overnight stops. Accommodations were very clean and new and the staff was pleasant. Will definitely make this our stop in the future.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and the entire week was great. The staff were so friendly, breakfast was always top notch. The hotel was very clean. They made our home away from home for a week great! Thank you!
