After traveling 9 hours to get the the RUdE front desk attendant name April informed me they had no clean rooms while 4 other people sat in the lobby . We were all in. Disbelief

Awful!!!!! The fridge was filthy, the bed was full of crumbs & had a stain, the carpet was dirty and had a dead bug, and there was a stink bug on my ceiling. The staff took two whole days to bring my beddings, after I had to ask for them more than once. And they didn’t strip the bedding before I got the room. Extremely disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Close to stadium and restaurants. Location was a little dated.

The room was not clean - crumps on the floor, dirty towels and hair in the bathroom. Egregious cost of a small bottle of water in the machine ($3 cash / $5 card) and up from there for sodas and such. Will not stay again.

This was by far rhe worst hotel and hotel service I've ever had. I dont normally leave reviews but this is worth warning people about. The hotel front desk staff was high, the hallway floor was disgusting, rooms weren't ready depite us arriving late at night versus the normal available check in time. Went to the room and the floor was disgusting, the kitchen and table had not been wiped down, there were crmubs in the bed, puzza crusts and empty soda bottles on the floor near the TV, stool on the toilet, and hair on the toilet seat and sink. There was also no shower curtain. When we went back to the front desk to ask them if they had a clean room and a shower curtain, the house keeping staff mumbled about people complaining and went back to the room to re-clean it. Then she told us that anything in the room that wasn't clean was likely a stain. I asked if stool and hair would be considered a stain and she grumbled again before finally wandering down to the room to clean it. Had to ask again if they would bring us a shower curtain. Bed was uncomfortable. Felt more disgusting after showering. All over just a tefrible stay. I recommend removing them as an acceptable place to stay from hotels.com as they are doing you a huge disservice to your website and reputation.

Long check in experience. Filthy refrigerator. Lights broken. Room was smelly. At breakfast there were no coffee cups snd clerk didn’t know where to find them. No fruit. Only one type of muffin.

Room had zero TP and zero tissues as we entered. shower was very low water pressure and kitchen was not clean. hotel has no ice machines and very minimal breakfast to-go bag options, plus coffee was empty.
