Good value for money. Clean and tidy.

Excellent, accommodating staff.

Rooms were outdated but cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Provided what we needed for a busy day out in the National Park. Breakfast was limited cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bread and coffee. Coffee was available 24hours. We saw a lot of transients/people experiencing homeless around the block and by nearby restaurants and store. However, we had no issues with safety when walking during day. Staff was very friendly. There is plenty of parking. We stayed in the 3rd floor of the building across the street from the office. Note there is no elevators. Next time I would consider booking a hotel in Sequim as it was not far and was less expensive.

Place is pretty worn out. Loud, creaky old air conditioner. Worn, torn carpet. Area: Syringes on the stairs outside the hotel- not reassuring. Price really high for quality/comfort offered.

The staff was very friendly and helpful- the location was excellent- beautiful view every of the ocean every morning- very easy to travel around to different locations. Highly recommended!

Very quiet.

The property was very old. The only positive is the breakfast was good. The room had a musty smell.

Our room was ancient. And not quaint/ancient. The room was tiny and for the price $353 a total rip off. The water spout in the shower was jammed. Took maintenance. There were 6 light bulbs in the bathroom mirror. 2 were constant. 1 was off and on. The other 3 never lit up. Both internet and cable tv kept freezing. Very annoying.

Receptionist was very friendly and allowed us to check in 2 hours early so we could go on a tour.

The A/C in our room was way too loud. It was hard to get a good night sleep. Also the black out curtains were too short and had a big gap between them allowing too much light through into the room. Water pressure in the shower is pretty much much non existent, and toilet would not flush consistently. The rooms need updating. Considering the price we paid, we expected better the room to be in a better condition.

We almost chose somewhere else because we had to walk four pieces of luggage upstairs due to no elevator. The room was newly remodeled with new and clean furniture. Spacious with a frig and coffee maker. The heating unit gave the room a foul odor and once we switched it to A/C and vented the room, it improved. The sink and mirror were modern and clean. The room with the toilet and bath/shower were very dated. The water nozzles worked backwards and the shower switch to the tub did not work. There was hot water but never got hot enough to use cold. When the cold was turned on, the shower came on without using the shower switch to the tub. The water came out of the shower and landed on my head unexpectedly and got my hearing aids wet which can be disastrous. I was not happy with this part of the room at all. The rest of the room we liked. The breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juices and coffee, and so forth. The breakfast area was too small to accommodate the people there. There was various parking spaces on the street so you had to chance a space under the canopy if available. Staff were friendly, neat, and professional. Thank you.

We got an upper graded room that was an efficiency apartment. It was excellent.

Very convenient. Staff was helpful. We were on the third floor with no elevator and lots of luggage. The view overlooking the neighbors pool wasn’t great. If you’re in the building where the lobby is, there is a great view.

Room was great. Clean and well stocked for bathroom linens. Staff was friendly and very helpful to out of towner for sightseeing. Breakfast is standard offerings but plentiful and hot. 24 hr coffee or juice. Overall excellent stay and would stay again.

The shower was a challenge (blasted hot water when someone in a room down the hall flushed) but the room was nice and clean and the location couldn't be beat. Nice staff and wonderful continental breakfast.

Comfortable

Close to downtown Port Angeles, but you will need to walk up stairs to get back to the hotel. Rooms are angled to view the port.

Friendly and clean

3rd floor was too high for a 70 years old.

The bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space. Conveniently located for access to the national park and walking to restaurants. Breakfast offered on site was good.

I liked the property’s location, with easy access to Port Angeles dining by the waterfront and Olympic National Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.The complimentary breakfast was limited and in a tight space.The property was good for a one night stay.

Older hotel a flew blocks from the waterfront. The room was clean. The place was poorly insulated against noise from upstairs and adjoining rooms. Not remotely worth the price we paid. Also there was a legal "hotelier bill of rights" that we had to sign to get a room key. We will be avoiding Choice hotels going forward.
