Its funny... this location at a 6.4 star rating, but it was actually very nice. The concierge girl was nice, quietly rocking out to her motown favorites whilst checking me in - the room was spotless, and the coffee was hot - what else can you ask for?

The check-in clerk (Rene) was great. The room was clean. But I was disappointed that there was in-room coffee. The included "breakfast " was a choice of a granola bare or a packaged mini muffin. Period.

The Room itself was wonderful felt like a studio apartment it was quiet and had no issues with Neighbors. Freeway was close shopping was close and restaurants were walking distances. Great Staff friendly and Sweet.

It was cozy and pretty quiet despite the nearby construction being done. The complimentary coffee in the mornings was very appreciative and the staff were wonderful.

It was fine. The only thing that made it 3 stars was the night staff. They were rude and made us wait outside, even though we had our room key. When we got inside they were rude as well. The morning staff was amazing, especially Nova 💖.

Ive been coming to this extended stay for years now and used the same debit card that I have every time and never had any issues or been told anything about it. But this last trip I booked for just one night stay there was a new girl in the office and she was very rude not understanding at all and seemed like she was making up her own rules cuz she just didn't want to do her job. Everything was already paid for and done all she had to do was give me my room key and give me my ID back but no she wanted to make it a big deal about the debit card that I was using and I have always used there. The hotel is awesome the people that work there are usually just as great but just that one female that I've only seen working there that one night is why this bad review is being left. The guy that usually is at the front desk is always so nice, in a good mood, trys to keep all the guest happy but then to deal with (her) it was like night and day difference.

We stayed there for one night luckily because this hotel is dirty and outdated. The bed sheets did not feel clean. No bathroom amenities except for a bar of soap so be prepared to bring your own Also, there’s construction right outside so it can get loud. The worst part of this stay was that in the middle of night, the fire alarm randomly went off and it was only our room. It was not turning off and when we tried to call front desk, get this, the telephone wire wasnt even connected! Just there for decorations LOL. So make sure you have the hotel phone number ready just in case. We went down to the front desk to inform them and they did nothing other than tell us to take it off. Basically, moral of this review is that I would rather spend that extra $20 to have a comfortable stay. You get what you pay for!

Ive never had any issues here before but tonight the front desk lady at check in decided to change the policies. Ive always used the same card i used tonight and no one has ever gave me any issues all of the other 30 times ive booked here.

Its definitely secluded which is nice. I like the small breakfast with tea or coffee. People have been taking the time out to see if ill react to their gossip or certain sentences, but they have not put their hands on me so its akunamatata.

Rooms were smelly and not clean at all.That non-smoking sign is a joke, starting from the corridor to the curtains and the rooms were stinking with cigarette smell. There is construction going on next to the hotel and its dusty, noisy. Hotel premises was dirty and filled with smoke. Avoid this place if you can.

This place was very Dirty and not a safe place to stay! The parking was very limited that force us to park in tow zone for the first night. I say first night because we booked for three nights but checked out after the first night. The place smelt like Marijuana. We couldn't get out of there fast enough,
